The label says to hand wash or dryclean. Tried handwashing and it shrunk. Tried all online hacks to get it back to normal and nothing worked. So disappointed.

my daughter loved this sweater, unfortunately shrank three sizes after she had it cleaned and unable to wear it. Totally disappointing to pay so much for a sweater and this happen

Dry clean only!! I accidentally washed it in washing machine - it shrank. Called customer care and they won’t do anything because it’s on the inside tag that I didn’t read. Shame - beautiful sweater but dry clean only is a big one that is missing from the description.

Love this sweater so much, I was wearing it almost everyday as a work from home uniform. I got it dry cleaned once, and I noticed a small shrinkage. This has never happened to any of my other pieces from Aritzia so I’m not sure if it’s the quality of the sweater that’s different. Definitely bummed as I don’t wear it anymore! Would buy again if it wasn’t pricey.

everyone is complaining saying their sweater shrunk while admitting they put it in the wash. it says on the label of most wool handwash, meaning HAND wash, and the care instructions online say dryclean

I adore this knit it is so soft and a perfect slightly oversized fit. I found it true to size . I’m 5’1 32 DDD and I bought a small. I recommend hand-washing, never put wool in a wash machine . I use soak laundry soap in a tub or sink with cold water, and I gently ring it out, roll in towel then shape and lay flat to dry. A bit high maintenance but it keeps my expensive knits soft, never shrunk and looking almost new!

Bought this sweater in a size L for an oversized fit and washed it one time gently and it completely shrunk to a child’s size. Such an expensive sweater gone to the garbage. tried soaking it and stretching it and nothing was able to fix it.

I am not impressed. Like another reviewer on here - I looked at the label. Selected the hand wash cycle on the washing machine and it shrank up so much that it had to be thrown out!!

Before washing it, I checked to see if it was safe to wash in the washing machine. It said “hand wash”. I tossed it in, put on the “hand wash” cycle AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED, it shrunk!!!!!!!!!!! This is insane.
What do it do now? Toss it in the garbage!!! Not only it is now garbage but also a complete waste of money and disappointment!!! My daughter loved it!

I bought this sweater thinking it would be an essential for fall. It was very warm and a bit oversized since I bought a small instead of an XS. I wore it once and washed it. When I took it out of the washer it looked like a complete different sweater; a children's sweater. It shrunk in size, and the sleeves were super tight and short. I tried to stretch it out but it wouldn't budge. Super disappointed with the sweater since I was looking forward to it, and as it is expensive.

I love this sweater so much, it’s very soft, feels like good quality and is so beautiful. Usually am a medium in tops, and I worried a medium in this sweater might look a bit big but it looks perfect. Everyone needs this in their sweater collection!

Ordered my usual Aritzia size. This is a slight oversized look, however I like my sweaters not to be too form fitting. Material is soft and cozy. Can easily be dressed up or down.

I'm 5'4, 145 lbs, a 34DD chest and usually an S or M in Aritzia sweaters depending on fit. Opt for an S in this one and it was perfect.

I bought this sweater 3 days ago and I chose the size "small" because i wanted it to be slightly over-sized, (i'm normally a XS) i washed it on the hand wash setting on my washing machine with cold water and when it wash done it looked like a children's sweater. i layed it flat, stretching the wool with my hands hoping when it dried it would go back to normal, it took 2 days to completely dry and it looks like an entirely different sweater, the shape is different, the bottom elastic is too loose and the sleeves are slightly too tight. I'm really disappointed given this sweater was so expensive.
