Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

Not in love? Returns are super easy. We accept online purchase returns in-store or you can mail them back to us.

Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.

Gift orders will continue to receive a printed gift receipt and personalized gift message.

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

  • Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment.

EXCHANGE & CREDIT

  • Within 30 days of the shipping date, you can receive a merchandise credit on a gift card.
  • In store only — you can exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need a new size or colour, you may exchange in store, or place a new order online.

Sale Merchandise

EXCHANGE & CREDIT

  • Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a merchandise credit on a gift card.
  • In store only — you can exchange within 14 days of the shipping date.
  • Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are final sale.

Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

In Store Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

For purchases made in store, you can return or exchange your purchases in store only.

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

  • Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment, at any boutique in the country you bought it from.

EXCHANGE & CREDIT

  • Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or receive a merchandise credit, at any boutique in the same country you bought it in.

After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Sale Merchandise

  • All sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale.

Holiday Gift Policy

Gifts Purchased November 25st - December 24th

It's a women's prerogative to change her mind.

We will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced items purchased as gifts until December 31st. After December 31st, regular-priced items purchased as gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or merchandise credit until January 7th.

Sale merchandise purchased as gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or merchandise credit until December 31st.

Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Layaways, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry, and all intimates except bralettes are final sale. Aritzia gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Orders purchased via PayPay will only be eligible for a refund if you send your items back to our distribution centre. If you return your items in store, we can process an exchange or issue a merchandise credit.

Sorry, no in-store returns or exchanges on November 29th, December 24th or December 26th.


Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • You must present a valid receipt.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery
  • Jewelry
  • All intimates except bralettes

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.

PayPal

Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account when you mail them back to us. If you return items purchased via PayPal in store, we’ll exchange them or issue you a merchandise credit.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Mail Back an Online Return

Follow the two steps below to complete online returns for online purchases. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please contact our Aritzia Concierge to set up your return. A return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Complete a return request from the Order History page if you have an account. If you checked out as a guest, fill out the Order Tracking Form.
  2. Pack and ship your return, following the instructions outlined on the Return Confirmation page.

Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 14 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.


How to Return to Store

ONLINE PURCHASES

Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a store near you, come visit us! Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email is your official receipt. Simply screenshot or pull up the QR code on your phone and we’ll take it from there. Read more about our Online Return & Exchange Policy.

IN STORES PURCHASES

Simply bring your items and your printed or e-receipt to a boutique in the same country you bought the item in and we’ll take care of it. Read more about the In Store Return & Exchange Policy.
