carrot linen pant

Sized up, & there were initially cute but then washed in cold water & hung to dry… completely shrunk both in width & length. Absolutely unwearable. I hate when designers create essentially disposable clothing. Clothing is meant to be worn & washed repeatedly.

These pants fits normal in the leg but are extremely tight in the hips & butt. I normally wear a size 4...the 8 fit in the hips but were then big in the legs & waist. These will work if you have a flat butt and very narrow hips. Too bad because I love this pant in linen.

I sized up based on previous reviews, but they were still too small. Very tight at the waist and through the hip. Size up at least two sizes. They don't fit my body type. I returned.

The linen carrot pants fit smaller than regular carrot pants.

These are great! I bought these after returning the effortless linen pants, which I found had a weird fit. In my opinion, these are way better. They cinch your waist beautifully, are true to size, and hit me at the perfect length (I’m 5”3 so maybe not for taller folks). I will say, I initially tried the white ones on and they are definitely see through, so I’d recommend the black ones.

These pants are a beautiful colour and the linen is very high quality. Unfortunately I found the fit odd. Tight in the hip but loose in the waist. All was good though… until I washed them. They shrunk almost a full size! Aritzia customer service was amazing however and exchanged them for me no problem!

The linen felt high quality, the pant was quite flattering, however hit at an awkward length on me (5’3”). I found the 6 slightly tight in the bum, while the 8 remained tight, but was then gappy in the waist. Would love to see a waist cinching sizing, like the Abercrombie “curve love” option! To note, the beige is slightly see through as it isn’t lined. Likely a very beautiful option for those with longer legs!

These are really beautiful, but I ordered a size up and they are still a bit snug, I'm a solid 4, but the 6 is still a bit tight around the hips and waist.

Went up two sizes from the crepette option for a looser menswear trouser fit. Small fit issue across tummy area (pulling) caused by the pocket lining that isn’t found in the crepette version. The regular length on a 5’2” frame hits the floor with a small heel and is the perfect inseam length for versatility to wear with all shoe types. The fabric is mid-heavy and does wrinkle very easily but standard with linen blends. Overall a great pant, maybe a back flap pocket would be nicer instead of a basic welt.

I have these in the other fabric in the exact same size (12) I ordered these in and they fit substantially different. These are a lot higher rise and tighter across the hips and butt. I would definitely need to get them tailored. They need to improve the fit because otherwise, they're really nice. I'm normally a size 10 in any other pant than the carrot but for a drapey, loose fit in the legs, I size up to a 12 and then get the waist taken in a bit in case there is confusion when reading this review and seeing my usual size. Order your regular size unless you have any sort of hips or butt. The other fabric has a slight stretch vs. linen has zero stretch. Will be returning and waiting for the other fabric to restock in diff. colors.

I bought these pants last spring, but I've only worn them three times. After returning from a holiday recently, I decided to wash them for the first time with cold water and avoided using the tumble dryer. However, I was disappointed to find that they had shrunk by a whole size overall, including the length, waist, and back pockets. I'm frustrated because I bought them a while ago and cannot do anything about their shrinkage now. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these pants as they do not seem to last.

I normally wear a size 8 and ordered a size 6 since the reviews recommended sizing down. It was TIGHT lol so I returned it for a size 8 and even then it was still tight :/. But I was determined to get these pants bc I loved how they looked. Size 10 was a perfect fit! If you're not sure what size to get, either get your normal or size up.

I ordered these in the ecru size 2 and the quality of them are great but they were so baggy on me. I'm 5'1 - I need petite sizes otherwise the proportions are way off. Aritzia - please offer these pants in the different size options - petite and tall.

I love these trousers. I purchased them in my usual size in the colour Natural Ecru (which is stunning, slightly textured). I will say these pants run big and do seem to stretch - I’d recommend sizing down.

Easy to dress up or down, nice versatile peice to have ! A love the way that the fabric & zipper tuck my mom belly :) so when I sit I feel snug & confortable!

These fit true to size and not very see through. I tried on many styles and colors in store, but got these on a whim after having problems with other styles in light colors (and without pleats) showing the pockets through the fabric. The price is a little steep and is the only thing giving me pause, but overall they are lovely and what I was looking for
