Cute pop of color!
SO cute and the blue is so vibrant. The smocked aspect could be a little tighter so that it would compress me enough that I don't have to wear a bra. The square-neck aspect is cute and not cut too close to the shoulders to the point where your bra straps would show. Can't wait to wear it!
