Inspired by the effortless style of a true creative, The Maya is a denim shirt dress that features a relaxed fit and classic shirting details — front snaps, a patch pocket and a stand collar. Hidden side seam pockets lend convenience and a little extra something. The Maya is crafted from drapey non-stretch denim that only gets better with age. This version comes in a light-medium indigo wash and is made with regenerative cotton certified by regenagri®. We make a great pair.

People clearly dont read item descriptions lol
Tbh I can’t believe all the negative reviews. I have been wanting an oversized denim shirt dress forever and almost got one from the Frankie shop but didn’t like the acid wash, then this one came out. It’s excellent quality and true denim. The length in my opinion is perfect to be worn either as a mini dress or shirt jacket, I’m 5’7 and find the length has more than enough coverage to wear as a dress without being too long. The fit is oversized as intended but I don’t find it crazy oversized, I’m usually a small and that’s the size I ordered and find it looks the same as on the model. I am definitely going to get the other wash as well!

Wanted to love it
I really wanted to love this dress. But it’s pretty short, would be so much better if it was just a couple inches longer. And the denim is pretty heavy, but I didn’t mind that too much. Just too short for me!

Disappointing
I really wanted to love this but the material is quite heavy and it looked like a long Jean jacket rather than a dress. Definitely size down if you’re gonna try it.
