The Warmth
All our parkas are warmth
certified —
with temperature guidelines included — to help you choose the right
coat for your climate/personal thermostat.
The Construction
Every detail of every parka is
researched, tested and refined by our Climate Lab™ — Aritzia’s
in-house team of outerwear experts. That’s just how you make
world-class parkas.
Responsible Goose Down
The world’s best insulator. Geese
produce larger down clusters than ducks, resulting in
loftier, longer-lasting down that keeps you warmer and feels
luxurious. Our goose down is certified to the Responsible
Down Standard.
Fill Power
Fill power is a measure of down loft.
The higher the fill power, the more warmth it delivers per
square inch. Our down is at least 700+ fill power, meaning
it delivers superior warmth with less weight.
The Care
Winters feel long but your parkas should last longer. Here are some tips to help with that.
- 1 Always check your parka’s care label for style-specific wash and care instructions.
- 2 To best restore loft, add two clean tennis balls or dryer balls to the dryer.
- 3 Make sure your parkas are completely dry before storing.
- 4 To maintain loft, avoid compressing your parkas for long periods. Store them by hanging in a ventilated closet or a large cloth or mesh bag.
We love parkas so much we made a whole care guide for them. Look.
