We may not offer Buy Online, Pick Up In Store at that boutique — yet. Keep an eye out over the coming months as we activate this service at more boutiques near you.

We accept credit cards, Gift Cards, Klarna and PayPal. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept Apple Pay or PayPal Express for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders.

Quick note on Gift Cards — the cost of your order will be deducted from the current balance of your Gift Card. If the total amount of the purchase is more than your current Gift Card balance, the owing amount will be charged to your credit card upon order pickup.

All you need is your Ready for Pickup email.

We might need a little time to prepare your order just right, but we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready. If anything else comes up regarding your order, we’ll update you via email.

We’ll confirm your payment for the full amount when you place your order, but you won’t be charged until you pick it up.

A quick note if you’ve used a credit card — you may see more than one authorization on your card. Not to worry, as it may be going through periodic reauthorization by your bank to ensure the charge can be processed upon order pickup. If the card does not have adequate balance at reauthorization, your order will be cancelled.

We'll hold your order for 7 days, starting from the time you receive the Ready for Pickup email. We'll also send you a reminder a few days before time’s up. After 7 days, we'll have to cancel your order — but you won't be charged for it.

Totally — we love when friends help friends. Simply forward them your Ready for Pickup email so they can show it to us in store.

Once you arrive, let a Style Advisor know that you’re picking up an order. They'll take it from there.

There are two reasons your order may have been cancelled:

1. The products were no longer available or could not be located in store.

2. Your order was not picked up within the 7-day window.

Of course, you will not be charged for any cancelled orders.

Currently, you can only select one boutique per order. If you’d like to pick up from multiple boutiques, please place separate orders.

Sometimes we change our minds and that’s okay. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for all online purchases.
