What is Klarna?
Klarna is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them over time.
How do I use Klarna?
Simply shop online, add items to your shopping bag and head to the checkout.
Select Klarna at the checkout and choose from the available Klarna Payment methods how you would like to pay.
Once your order ships, you’ll be charged the first payment. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to your debit or credit card.
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Where can I use Klarna?
Klarna can be applied to purchases made on aritzia.com and in our US boutiques. Klarna is not available on the Aritzia App.
Can I use Klarna if I'm an international customer?
Klarna is only offered to our customers who have a Canadian or US billing address and shipping address. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Klarna.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of order shipment, with the remaining payments deducted based on your chosen payment method.
If you want to make a payment before the due date, you can do so in the Klarna app.
Klarna orders are delivered as per Aritzia’s standard shipping period after you complete your order online.

What products are not eligible for purchase using Klarna?
Klarna is not available on the following purchases:
Gift cards
Special Order Items
Orders containing both shipped item(s) and BOPIS item(s)
If you are purchasing any of the above with Klarna eligible products, you will need to place separate orders.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Klarna?
ONLINE RETURNS
Orders purchased on aritzia.com using Klarna are only eligible for a refund to your Klarna account when mailed back to us.
IN-STORE RETURNS
If you purchased items on aritzia.com or in store using Klarna, you can return them in store in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. However, please note that we cannot refund your Klarna account for in-store returns.
If your in-store return meets our Return & Exchange Policy, we’ll refund your credit card or debit card, offer an exchange or issue merchandise credit. Please note that subsequent installments to Klarna may still be required.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on aritzia.com using Klarna.
