A dreamy dress. Sturdy fabric , light to wear, strong buttons, moves beautifully with you. I just ordered the longer version because this is a classic dress. It’s elegant but also casual , great for work or leisure. It will be a blessing in the summer months. I’m 5’8 and I usually wear a medium in Artizia sweaters . Went with a large since linen does not have a lot of stretch and it fits slightly loose but the belt helps bring the waist in nicely .

Love this dress. I will say it may run a tad short if you're on the taker side, but for someone who is 5', this is perfect. You can maybe size up if you want a longer length, but because everything else is baggy, it may end up looking awkward if you don't fill the rest in well. The fit is pretty relaxed overall and you can size down if you don't mind the shortness of it

Very nice linen dress
I ordered this cute dress in black linen. The linen is a nice quality and I believe the dress runs true to size. I am 65, usually wear a size 2 , XS or S and the XS is perfect. It is a little on the short side, which could be an issue if you are taller than 5'3" or like things closer to your knees. For me it's perfect!

The dress is completely see through. It would require a slip. Or, would be good as a bathing suit coverup. Returning for a better quality white dress.

Excellent Quality Dress
I sized up to account for shrinking, and after the first wash, it hasn't quite drastically shrank, but rather kept its size and shape. The apricot color is gorgeous, and not see-through as you might expect with some cotton linens. I clothesline dry this dress and treat it with a steamer and light ironing to maintain the quality, but even after all that it does still hold some low-relief wrinkles. Because it's a cotton linen dress, that's typically the look you'll get, and depending on how familiar you are with this material, this might make or break your purchasing decision. I wore it to a 5-hour outdoor event in 83-degree heat-- let me tell you how this really tested the dress. It was still shapely, albeit with some wrinkles from repeatedly sitting down and raising my arms, but it didn't detract from how formidable and stylish this dress remained. My sweat wasn't apparent, which is great! The only thing that suffered was the belt-- it folds and wrinkles dramatically. So keep that in mind. Overall, high maintenance returns great rewards. Take care of your things, and this dress will reflect that care.

Classy and fabulous!
I'm 50 and have had the hardest time finding dresses to wear this summer. Everything is too short, cropped or has cutouts and holes. I never would've thought to try this one until I saw it in the store on the rack and decided to give it a go. It fit perfectly and is so flattering. The length is fabulous on my 5'2" frame and I can dress it up or down. I don't look good in white, otherwise I would've kept that one, too. I highly recommend this dress!

Love the classy style and fit. But had to size up because it’s so short. Why is Aritzia making things smaller each time??? I’m 5,0 and xxs was still so short on me that I had to go up to xs. Also, for the price of this dress you would think it would be double lined. It’s a tad see through.
