This is a high-rise pleated skirt. It's cut from super soft bi-stretch twill that's made with recycled materials. This version comes in a yarn-dyed plaid pattern that's been woven in, as opposed to printed on, for a more dimensional look.

Runs very small
Wish I didn’t take off the tags so I could have returned this skirt. I sized up and it’s still very tight and uncomfortable. Echoing what others have said that the fabric is nothing special to justify the price.
