I was a little nervous about both the fit and fabric based on some of the reviews. Someone pointed out the fabric is thin and delicate. In my opinion, the fabric is the perfect weight, it has a hint of stretch and is neither too thin or thick - I wore it out all night when I was pretty active, and there's not a single snag on it, nor does it seem like the fabric is particularly snag prone. The fit is also very good - I am 5'4, 120 lbs, 34C bust, and the XS is perfect on my frame. I received a compliment on it on the very first wear and it looks amazing with high-waisted jeans. Will be buying in more colors.

Perfect to wear with jeans or with dressier pants for work or a night out

The material feels so soft. It feels a little tight under the arms and will need a low cut strapless bra because of the design of the top. But it’s gorgeous, very classy

Very nice fine top. Thin material but seems good quality and details are very nice. The neckline is so pretty. I was a little worried about the fit around the bust but it works really well with a lower cut bra. I’m a 32C and have no worries of falling out or anything

Such a pretty top for sure. It’s more on the cropped side for my body type. I have broad shoulders with an authentic build and a longer torso. This top looks beautiful with high rise jeans for sure. The neckline is so beautiful and compliments my shoulders and collarbone. My only issue with this top is it’s very very delicate. The underarms especially will unravel with a lot of stretching. When buying this top be super careful of cleaning and drying. Delicate only and hang dry. I wouldn’t even use a hanger to dry. It’s a gorgeous top and I love it!

The neckline on this sweater is so beautiful and flattering. Not too revealing on me at all. The fabric is very comfortable. I especially love that the sleeves and length are longer (not cropped) so you can wear it comfortably with jeans or tuck it into a skirt.

This sweater is perfect for work and for casual zoom nights! I love it so much!

The top has a beautiful cut on the neckline (it is pretty stretchy and low cut so not as supportive as I thought it might be) but I was surprised by how thin the material was. I was expecting it to be more of a thick and sturdy material like the sculpt knit tanks. If you're expecting something like that, this isn't it and I'm not sure it was worth the $98 price tag in my eyes! I got it in the Giselle and my true size Small and it did fit true to size.

The knit was a little thinner than I had expected it to be, but overall I don't mind. the material feels nice and the neckline is really flattering! I'm a 32B, 173cm/5'8, 53kg/117lbs and it fits perfectly. I would recommend you buy it if you're in the market for an elegant but simple black long sleeve!

I am 5'3, 171lbs, 36D and curvy. The fabric is really soft and stretchy. The size medium shirt fits me perfectly, it's not too tight and not too big.

This is such a feminine sweater that hugs your body. I love the elegant neckline. I am 5'9" and 130 lbs and wear a size small. Absolutely love the quality and fit.

Normally I never have an issue with aritzias clothes, however this top just did not work for me for some reason, no matter how hard i tried. Personally I think the neckline just looks too awkward and big on me and i really thought that the colour heather oatmeal would look amazing, but for me it was very underwhelming. I did rate it 3 stars though because I really loved how it fit the rest of my body!

I prefer my necklines to be a little more conservative due to my lack of cleavage, like what am I supposed to show off? my ribcage? the neckline fits really weird, and i recommend tying it on before purchase. its much more lowcut than the photo

This sweater is lovely, however, the white is completely see through since it is a thinner sweater. I would also say the sweater does fit more snug then other sweaters I've purchased so I would size up.

I'm usually an S or M in Aritzia tops. My store didn't have many left in black so I sized down to an XS. Fits surprisingly well. I'm sure the S would have been fine too. My bra won't show if I'm wearing a demi or a balconette underneath.

While the sweater is very stretchy the cut of the bust doesn’t increase as the size goes up. It fits most places but the bust. If you are slim with a small bust like the model ( all of the Aritzia models are a 0-2 right? ) you’ll love this top!
Glad I got this on clientele sale because the quality isn’t great.

I love this shirt. I tried it on in store and I was set on an XS (I'm usually S in aritzia tops) but this one fits a bit bigger I find (fairly stretchy). I ended up going home and ordering an XXS instead (that's what was available in the colour I wanted) and i was afraid it would be TOO small, but its totally not and fits really well - obviously very snug, but its meant to be form fitting. Also the smaller size holds my chest in nicely. I don't think I'll have to wear a bra with the black one! (32C for reference) - if you're hesitating because of the price - BUY it. softest material and such a classy top!!!

This sweater is so beautiful and classy, I love the design. It does run a bit small so I'm very glad I sized up, it's still form fitting though so keep that in mind. I was a little let down by the quality of the material.. I understand it is made with a wood based fiber so that may be contributing to it's flimsy-ness, It even arrived with a small snag in the fabric so I can tell I will have to be very careful with this sweater. I really do love the way it looks so I'm willing to overlook the less than excellent quality.

Shirt is super soft material and no weird seams poking around, great for people like me with sensitive skin. I got mine in the Giselle color which is like a light creamy white color. It’s a bit see through but not that noticeable. A black colored bra would show through slightly but a red or nude color won’t show. The neckline is a bit low and shows my bra but can be re adjusted. I ordered a Medium and it fit really well, maybe even a bit large. For reference my height is 5’3” (160 cm), weight is 140 lb (63 kg), and bust is 34DDD.

I love this sweater! It fits very well (figure hugging without being too tight), and is great quality. I was hesitant initially because of some reviews stating that it was a bit too revealing, but I'm happy to report that this was not the case for me, although I do have a somewhat smaller chest (32 D). I'm tempted to re-purchase in other colors! For reference, I'm 5'9", 135 lbs and purchased a small.

I loved the colour and the quality of the top. It's easy and flexible & not form fitting, yet I found the fitting was awkward. I chose a medium, im 5'6, 135lb, and although it fit in the shoulders I found the sleeves to be a bit too long on me and all of my bra's would show through the top. Sadly had to return.

This sweater is classy, sexy, comfy, versatile. It adds a certain something to the simplest outfit. It’s definitely the sweater of the season!

Size down if you’re normally in between sizes, the neckline can feel too big otherwise.

Love the color, and material! I’m 5’3, 170lbs so I bought the large, but I’m also a DD and I find it slips down in the front more than I’d like. Needs some fashion tape, but otherwise it’s great!

I bought three colours (white, black, taupe) and am waiting for the heather grey to come back in stock. I feel that they fit a tad large for the look I wanted but are still great. I would suggest sizing down.

I got this in a black and sized up to a large, would recommend sizing up if you have broader shoulders.

I really wanted to love this sweater; it's a gorgeous color and material that looks and feels high quality. But most of all, I loved the sweetheart neckline. Unfortunately, it did not love me back. I normally get a Large in form fitting Wilfred tops because I find that they can run on the small size and because I have a larger bust size (30G). This sweater fit perfectly everywhere, but the neckline was ridiculously low on me. As in, half of my bra was out. I tried readjusting it to where it would hid the bra, but the best I could manage was to get it to hide the bra cups by like 1 cm, which is just too close for comfort. A medium would probably fit the bust better, since the fabric is so stretchy, but I think it would still be too low on me. Which is a bummer, because the sweater is gorgeous.

This sweater is beautiful. The neckline is very flattering. I purchased it in my usual size (XS) and it fits me very well. The material is stretchy and hugs in all the right places.

Beautiful quality and fit. Like that it’s snug against your body but not tight.
I wear the La Senza plunging strapless bra and it works great with this top.

I have this in black medium. I think its true to size as its a material designed to stretch to fit your body. If you have a bigger chest (more than a D cup) I wouldn't recommend it because I don't think it will look flattering across the chest area as the material will be too stretched around the line down the middle. Also... I dont think it's easy to find a bra to wear with this, have to go braless or use pasties. I'm really impressed with the quality though because I was pulling at it a lot when I was adjusting it on my body and it hasn't snagged or anything. It also feels comfortable to wear, not too tight or "plasticky" as you get with the poor quality viscose/polyester. Its a very elegant top and not so low that you can't wear it to work under a blazer.

Very cute. The only thing is for petites, it’s a little low on the bust line (I’m 5’3, D cup), found myself having to pull up often. But material, quality, and style are stunning, still highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful sweater. The neckline is absolutely gorgeous. Can wear dressed up or down. Definitely stay true to size, it’s stretchy but I would size up if you have broader shoulders/rib cage. I got an xxs but I could have sized up to an xs so it was easier to put on and take off.. as it is fitted! Overall this is SO cute, definitely a more flirty neckline which is so fun!

I like the sweater but it fits funny. Can’t find a bar to wear it with, and can’t go braless
