This hat is very well made and it looks good, the only thing I would change is the logo could be a bit larger.

Cap doesn’t fit well even I took the small size. I don’t know why it keeps on falling off.

I purchased the black hat. It is like a hug for my head - so comfortable and goes with everything... as most black things do. Fully intend on purchasing it in another colour. Was impressed at how well it was packaged too...!

It's deeply concerning to me as a customer to know that other people buying the exact same product has varying experiences with the quality of the product. I bought two of these baseball caps from online and they were wrapped in a protective paper covering and it was in *pristine* condition, it was definitely brand new and unworn. This hat has a big Spiro logo on the front and it fits well and maybe slightly bigger but definitely not oversized, it has room. It has adjustable back straps for you to adjust and I guess it's better than too small and unwearable. In contrast with the person below me who reviewed that they had received a dirty stained hat... I've had 'horrible' experiences with Aritzia before but it sucks that depending on when you order the product, you will receive better/worse condition of the product because of Aritzia does not do proper quality checks on returns. It's a shock to me that mine arrived perfectly considering Aritzia's quality control has been completely non-existent in this recent clientele sale. If you get a dirty hat, don't hesitate to bring this up to their Concierge staff, you deserve the perfection like I've experienced.

I received the cap yesterday. I purchased it in navy.
First of all, the cap was clearly soiled with food residue. I wiped it away with a damp cloth but this is not professional or acceptable.
I finally got the food stains out, the cap is a little bit over sized, does the job of keeping the sun out of my face.
