This is a high-rise pleated bubble skirt with inseam pockets. It’s made with Naia™ — a luxuriously silky satin with a lustrous, high sheen that’s extremely soft to the touch. Cute and stylish skirt
Great quality. Love the pockets and the style. There’s no elasticity to the band on the waist, so one might need to size up for a more comfortable fit. But it fits true to size for me
