I’m 5’3 and I ordered size S. I wanted an oversized coat that I can wear with a sweater under. Def was the right size and fit. Could have gone with a XS and still have plenty of room. The coat hit right above my ankle. Just be careful when walk up or down stairs. Have it in 3 colors

I’m 5’8 and in most aritzia coats I size up to a large for my long arms and a looser fit. This jacket I got in a medium and it has enough room to wear a heavy sweater in. I could go down to a small but I think it would be too tight. For those that say the pockets are fake, you need to get a stitch ripper and take the thread out and voila there’s your pockets. The length is amazing and hits just below my calf. Probably my fav jacket !

It fits larger, so I needed to size down but bought on sale and then the they were sold out of the size smaller, real bummer as I love the coat. So I guess it will stay hug in my closet.

It’s so big I will have to get it altered! I can’t even wear it. I step on it when I walk up or down stairs and the bottom of it it drags on the floor. Sadly, I can’t return it as it was final sale. I wish the pockets were real, they’re fake pockets. So I’ll be having pockets added hopefully. It makes me sick to think I paid $200 and I can’t enjoy it. Half my closet is Aritzia and I do love them but this was a huge disappointment.

The coat is very nicely made but definitely loose fitting! It was a final sale item so I couldn’t exchange for a smaller size.

As the other reviews have said -- this coat is very long if you're not tall. I'm 5'2" and it was at my ankles. I'm 135 lbs and do feel like I could have sized down to an XS, but I do like that the S is oversized and I could wear it over chunky knits and sweaters. I ended up getting the coat hemmed and now it falls mid-calf for me which is perfect! I do find it very warm for being a single breasted coat as the buttons go all the up to the collar. The details are immaculate, the wrist cuff buttons add a very nice touch as does the waist belt in the back. It's really a wonderful, well-made, elegant wool coat and I'm excited to have it in my wardrobe!

Really great , I’m not sure that it is going to be as warm as advertised when it gets colder out . But the quality is amazing.

Usually xxs coats fit me perfect, but sadly this was overly roomy in the shoulders

Very beautiful and warm coat that is elegantly tailored. As many have said, the size runs large but I am a tall person (5'8", 120 lbs) so XXS fits me perfectly.

The downside is that the coat shell is itchy to the skin, and the material is not accurately labelled on the website. The actual material of the coat is made out of:

BODY: 64% recycled wool, 29% nylon, 7% other fiber
LINING: 100% viscose
INTERLINING: 94% polyester, 6% elastane

The coat FEELS like it is made out of recycled wool and synthetic fibres, which explains the itching. It looks gorgeous but it is not the best quality in terms of long-lasting material. I would expect the coat to not be as warm as advertised or start to pill in future years. The 50% off sale price can be justified but the material is definitely not worth full price. There were a few loose seams on the jacket but it is otherwise very well tailored.

I love the look of this coat but the fit was just too overwhelming for someone around 5'2. I'm usually a size XS-S and got the small for a bit of an oversized look but the length was almost reaching the floor. The fabric was a little bit itchy as well. I've had a slouch coat with the same fabric contents as this one but it wasn't that itchy.

Love this coat, it's exactly what I had been looking for in a jacket, it's warm and I enjoy how it can easily be buttoned all the way up. The fabric is fairly scratchy, especially around the neck and it's long. I'm 5'2, bust 36, waist 28, hips 39, I tried both the small and extra small and liked how the extra small was still roomy but slightly more tailored. The coat comes down to my ankles, so I'll be getting it hemmed, having the back strap moved up to cinch around my waist and getting softer fabric around the collar. Overall, very, very happy with this coat, after the modifications it will be a 10/10.
