It's a great day to break convention

This is a fully lined wrap blazer with a removable self belt and notched lapel. It's expertly tailored with (Re)ssential — softly structured stretch fabric that holds its form while you move easy. This fabric is sourced from a premier Portuguese mill and made with recycled materials and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose — responsibly sourced, wood-based fibres produced through a process that reduces impact on forests, biodiversity and water supply.

Love it.
Some reviewers are saying the shoulders are super exaggerated but I didnt find that at all. It is a bit oversized but not excessively so, and with the waist synch it works. Personally, I think if I sized doesn to a medium it would probably be a bit tight. You want to wear things under the blazer, no?!

Way too big for petites
This blazer is good idea in concept but I feel that the bulky oversized trend is just not petite friendly. I'm 5' 4" for reference and usually wear xxs / 00. This is the second blazer from Aritzia I'll be returning this month for the same reason. I feel I will start needing to look elsewhere than Aritzia if they just can't have a range of jackets and blazer that are appealing on petite women. Please include us shorter gals.

Size down, this fits large
I really wanted to love this, but the shoulder pads are so exaggerated and is very boxy. i have fairly broad shoulders and usually fits in medium in most Aritzia clothes, but I got a medium and I still have an inch of space between my actual shoulder ends to the end of the shoulder pads…the blazer itself is great quality and the waist fits amazing. Unfortunately the exaggerated shoulder pads is just like the other reviewer said, makes me look like a child playing dress up. Sad but have to return this.

Wanted to love it...
I wanted to love this, but unfortunately had to return. The appeal to me was that it was long enough to cover the bum...but it is not long enough if you're tall. I am 5'8 and it wasn't quite long enough, It is a nice fit and quality otherwise. Thicker than most Aritzia blazers.

Love it!
I read that this ran big, but I disagree! I’m 5’5 usually a S/M - i got a medium for a roomier fit, for what I wanted it for. But the small fit too and was a more form fitting cut! It looks amazing on, I love that it has a tie for the waist because usually larger blazers can be so boxy but this was so flattering all the way through and so well made!

Huge
I suspected I wouldn't be able to get away with non-petite blazers, but this was especially bad. Between the shoulderpads and the length I looked like a kid playing dress-up. I wouldn't order this unless you're 5'6 at a minimum.
