I love this jacket! It does fit slightly larger. So I sized down, it’s warm and wind proof. Would definitely recommend.

The fit is ideal around the neck and shoulders but too loose everywhere else

The small size of this parka is equivalent to a size Large. I know it is oversized, but the length of the sleeves and length of the zippers, cords, etc don’t fit anyone who usually wears a small size. My recommendation is to never purchased oversized fits online as the sizes are totally deceiving.

I wore this raincoat last week when I was visiting Seattle. It kept me dry during long periods of rain and wind. I did not feel cold at all. Sometimes I would even be a little too hot. Most days I wore a thin longsleeve or tshirt under the coat and stayed warm/dry. The rain caot features many handy little pockets that I needed while taking pubilc transit to explore Seattle. It also comes with two giant pockets in the front the keep the hands warm as well. I would HIGHLY recommned this jacket for the price, But I would still size, two sizes down because it is quite oversized. I am usually a XS in the superpuff. I had to order this parka in the xs because xxs was sold out. It still looked supe cute being oversized. I paired it with effortless pants, NB 550, and a fitted longsleeve shirt.

I read the reviews, I looked at the pics, and I thought sizing down one size (I ordered a medium and usually wear large) would be good and I expected an oversized coat—but nothing could prepare me for what I got. This coat is so oversized that I look like I’m a small child wearing the parka of a man who shops at a big and tall store! It comes down to my knees, so the pockets are actually well below the length of my arms. I look so ridiculous I cannot see ever being able to wear this coat. The quality is lovely: great details and craftsmanship, which is pure Babaton. I don’t know what would possess the designers to create something so mis-sized? The regret comes from ordering something online that I couldn’t try on beforehand and now cannot return (there are no smaller sizes available to exchange). Clearly I gambled and lost: don’t make the same mistake.

Took a risk and ordered on sale. I have another Babaton coat (diff style XS and it’s snug) so I thought S would be ok. It is definitely oversized, however it’s not too puffy. The sleeve length is long and wide as well? It’s final sale so I will still wear it with thick sweaters underneath. XS or XXS would have been great though.

Definitely size down. I usually like things oversized and will grab something 2 sizes up. I went with a Medium and the cinch helps. It’s not a heavy winter coat, I can easily run errands with it and still be warm. For the sale price, it’s worth it.

I’m a large in coats but in this coat because it’s oversized I took an extra small for a more fitted fit .overall excellent waterproof coat for winter and rain.Easy for arms to get in,roomy .hood protects u from wind .deep pockets which is a plus.draw string inside can customize width .easy to clean any spots overall excellent coat with strong zipper

I wanted to like this jacket so bad since it would be a warm waterproof jacket without being a huge long puffer coat and has lots of nice and functional pockets. However, it's enormous and incredibly unflattering. I am a very consistent M/8 in Aritzia and per reviews sized down 2 sizes to an XS. It still fits large on me with tons of room for layering, and it also sits very wide on the body even with the waist and bottom cinched in. Overall I look like the hulk when wearing it. I know oversized is in but I think this is a bit too much... even when going down two sizes! Maybe a 2XS would have been better.

It’s light and warm.
I like my clothes loose/baggy and definitely happy with the purchase.

To give more context, I weight 135 lbs, usually wear M for loose fit. For this jacket, XS is still loose enough for me to wear a hoodie.

Much thinner than I expected it to be and ridiculously oversized. I usually like oversized coats but this was so big that it just looked like a garbage bag, even when I tried on size xs. No way the model is wearing size small - aritizia please accurately list what size the models are wearing

Lovely jacket but completely incorrectly sized. It is one thing to be designed to be loose but another to have the sleeves cover your hands etc. I ordered medium although I had read the reviews but wanted to wear a bulky sweater underneath. So then I ordered small and it wasn’t a lot better. I almost packed it in at that point but my husband convinced me to order extra small. I have that now and honestly I could probably go down yet again but can’t be bothered It is a very nice jacket. I suspect there will be a fire sale of the larger sizes at some point.

The jacket is so soft and comfortable. The lighter colour is lovely BUT it is extremely oversized. I am 5’2 about 120 pounds and originally ordered the small online. It fit like an XL. Reordered the 2xs and I unfortunately have to return again and it is still very large on me. Looks frumpy. Was told by a friend it looks like I am wearing someone else’s jacket. Maybe just not meant for short people? I really wanted it to work.

It is a well made jacket. I usually get one size bigger for a jacket. This one was huge. I will try size M. I really liked the material and style!
