If your are looking for an elegant and easy to wear dress for the holidays and beyond, this is it! Such a pretty design with all kinds of special details ( the cuffs, the pattern around the collar.) Finding a dress with long sleeves can be hard so I always try to buy one when I find one I like. Sizing is a bit tricky as if you go up, the elastic waist band becomes more comfortable but the rest of the dress gets too voluminous. With that in mind - stick to your regular size as a starting point. After trying a few sizes, it’s where I ended up.
