Love!
I don't buy much from Aritzia anymore because I feel like the quality is hit-and-miss these days. Went to the store and tried these on and love them! I think the sizing is pretty true to size. These feel a little bit thicker with more compression than the version without the pockets, which I prefer.

One thing to note is that these definitely have the potential to pick up a lot of lint - something to be mindful of! Just bought them so can't say much about whether the fabrics pills.

Align fabric (when it was good quality) DUPE
I feel like Aritizia must be working with the manufacturers that originally Lulu had worked with when their nulu/align fabric was actually really good quality because the fabric of the butter line is out of this world. Specifically the Butter Golden line has realllly improved; but keep in mind sizing is much smaller in my experience! I would typically order XS in their butter line for shorts and otherwise everything else I order 0, 00, or XXS. These pants I had to size up to a size 4 (still very compressive) a size 2 was almost uncomfortably compressive.

So glad I was able to try these on in store before selecting a size.

Definitely size up; but the fabric/quality is noticeably incredible and so flattering on the body. It lifts and holds everything, and the Y shaped seam on the back of the pants is so flattering on the glutes.
