The shortest and flirtiest member of our iconic slip skirt series, this is a bias-cut mini with an elastic waist and darted back for shaping. It’s made with Naia™ Renew — a drapey satin fabric with a lustrous, glossy sheen that’s extremely soft to the touch. Sourced from an innovative Japanese mill, this fabric is produced from recycled waste material and wood-based fibres from responsibly managed forests with a focus on protecting ecosystems and providing social benefits for local communities.

The colour kasha taupe looked like a cream colour online but is more of a blush/rose pink in person but it’s still cute. Fits true to size

Really thin and see trough

Not the colour is seems online
Two things to note about this skirt:
- the colour was NOT what it seemed online. I order Kasha Taupe, wanting a champagne colour and it arrived a darker rose gold
- size up!! i’m typically a 6 and bought this in an 8 which fit with no extra room

Other than that, i love the look and feel of this skirt. However I will be exchanging for another colour.

Tears easily
Was going to wear this to a baby shower but once i ripped off the tag the whole skirt tore with it, as if it were like paper, the material is so bad. Make sure to not get it caught on anything, cause it will tear off. Would not buy in any size

Poor fit for curves
Aritzia over the years has continued to make their clothing smaller and smaller. They do not cater to women with curves. If you are a straight body type with thin legs, this skirt will work for you. If you have hips and thighs, you may have to pass or order up 2 sizes!
Hey Aritzia!! Many women have curves!! We are not all insanely petite or supermodels.

Extremely Thin/ Poorly made
For $78 and considering the materials used this skirt is wayy overpriced for a very low quality item. It is pretty, until you touch it and look at up close. On the inside of the skirt the white elastic band is exposed which is off-putting to me at least. This belongs on the $25 and under rack even the current listed sale price of $39 for this in other colors is too high. I wanted to love this skirt and get it in other colors and lengths but this is not worth the investment. I also would hand wash this garment it doesn't seem like it will last long at all with machine washing.

Comfortable and chic
The elastic waistband is comfortable and stays in place. Quality of fabric isn’t too flimsy/thin, but still very light and flowy. As a miniskirt, it’s not super short which is great when you have more of a butt. Aritzia, I beg of you; please make your mini dresses one inch longer!

Soooo cute for dates or work!
It is a little longer than I thought it would be and the wrinkles do not always look purposeful, but i LOVE this skirt. I actually was searching for the ~perfect~ black mini skirt for several months and tried a bunch of different stores. this was my first aritzia purchase and started an addiction lol.
