And everybody gasped. This is a puff-sleeve mini dress with a sweetheart neckline, a smocked back panel and a thigh slit. It’s cut from ReCrepe™, lightweight, drapey crepe fabric made with LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose — responsibly sourced wood-based fibres produced through a process that reduces impact on forests, biodiversity and water supply.

Lovely Dress
I ordered this in a size 6, and usually fit a size 6 or small in dresses. Fits really well, but a bit big in the chest/shoulders (32C in chest typically). Very flattering and received a lot of compliments on the dress.

Beautiful!
I purchased the size 4 on sale and it’s totally worth it! The dress is tall girl friendly (I’m nearly 5’9) and there’s some stretch to it. I’m a size 34c and yes, as others have mentioned, it is quite revealing but nothing some tape:adjusting can’t fix so that’s the reason I took off one star. I love it so much, so cute to wear in the day and dress up for night. The fabric is nice as well, very chic.

Great dress, runs slightly small
I’m normally an 8 at the top and a 10 at the bottom in other brands and I had to buy this dress in 12. For reference I’m 5’7 and 175 lbs and I wear my clothes TTS. I can see why others had issues with the fit but if you’re just the right amount of curvy then you’ll love it. I ALMOST can get away with not wearing a bra.

Bad fabric
Poor quality, sizing is off, sticks to all the areas I don't want attention on. Not flowy, and shrinky fabric. The sleeves are too bulky. Would love it in a nice flow chiffon fabric. The concept is what drew me to this dress. Maybe next time...
For reference I ordered in size 6 and 8. 6 was too tight and 8 was better but too clingy as I said

Lovely fabric and colour!
I took a risk buying this dress as it was a final sale, but I’m glad that I did! The pink is beautiful and the fabric is SO nice! I’m not sure about the other reviews saying that the fabric is poor, I think it’s of very high quality. I have a G cup and sized up to be safe. It’s revealing but will do well with some boob tape. The only thing of note is that the sleeves are very long on my 5’1” frame. I have taken it into be tailored and it’s an easy and affordable fix. I love the looseness of the body, it’s figure flattering but not super tight. This is going to be the perfect end-of-summer garden wedding dress :)

Very cute and love the sleeves
The dress is true to size but it’s body conscious, not loose. The sleeves and the back is particularly flattering as is the little slit on the front. If you have a chest which I do you need the right bra otherwise it’s a little low in the front not a bad thing but I personally would wear a strapless with the cut of the front…. I am a 36D for reference. The side zipper holds everything in which is flattering on the waist

Gorgeous dress, flattering on!
I was reluctant to order this dress as I have a larger bottom half. I love the novella blouses and figured I would only love them in the dress form that much more! I ordered a size up (10) from my normal size (8) as I wanted it to fit my slightly bigger stomach, thighs and butt after just having had a baby. This was the best decision as it hugs everywhere it’s supposed to hug without being too tight anywhere! I’m sure when I lose some weight I may need to take it in, but for now this dress is perfect. For reference I am 5’5”, 29 waist and around 165 lbs. I got the beautiful soft iris colour and it is stunning. Every time I’ve worn this dress I’ve gotten compliment after compliment on the colour and fit. If you’re thinking about this dress - buy it. You won’t be disappointed. Try sizing up if you have a bigger butt and thighs like me!

Material Change
I Bought my first novella dress in summer of 2021 and recently wanted another one in a different colour. BE AWARE. The fabric for the recent novella dress is a linen and NOT like the 2021 smooth/rich fabric. The linen is cheap, not good material, wrinkles so easily. I miss the old fabric and won’t be purchasing again because of this :(
