carrot pant

So so fun and comfortable. I've been hunting for pastel pink dress pants for a couple of years now, and although these aren't the dress pants I was hoping for, their fit is flattering, they're comfortable, and the colour is perfect. They're nice and tight around the waist, almost flare out from there, getting more tapered towards the ankles - like a carrot!

I'm 5 foot 7, 120 lbs, and the size 2 was perfect for me!

I am petite (5'1") and decided to order regular length because I did not want them to be too cropped. So I ordered the black in size 2 regular. For reference, because size 0 petite in carrot pant was too small in the crotch/waist for me but size 0 in cropped effortless regular fit me perfect.

My waist is 24.5-25 inches and size 0 regular of birch effortless pant fit well. However, the pockets in the back are see through. If you wear a black or dark colored body it is also see through.

The birch one is not worth it for the price so I will be returning it and exchanging the black for my size.

Perfect go-to work pants. I am 5'2" and they hit at a standard length (not cropped). They hit nice and high waisted. Ordered a 00 and they fit true to size.

I ended up buying in 3 different colours. I got the “tall” and they are perfect for me I’m 5ft 8in.

I would say these are more of a relaxed straight leg pant than an actual "carrot". For my personal preference the rise could also be a bit higher. That said they are cute, the fabric is nice, and they seem well made. I really wish they gave a rise and leg opening measurement on the product page.

Great length for short legs

The fit through the hips were great, but found the legs had too much volume. They were returned.

I really wanted to like these pants but given my height (5’4) and wanting a shorter length, I returned and opted for a crop option.

I will highly recommend.

These pants are the perfect length with my height and, leg length to not need heels. The carrot pant seems to be roomier around the bum and thigh area compared to the effortless pant.

Really love these pants and they are great for petites. The vertical pleats in the front and tapering are really flattering. I'm 5'0 with short leg/long torso and ended up going with the regular inseam though. The short hit just below my ankle and didn't look as good with sneakers whereas the regular were the perfect length. I found the sizing to be too small, I'm typically a 4 but ended up needing to exchange for a 6. An 8 also would've worked for a (slightly) baggier fit.

They fit SO PERFECTLY! I have such a tough time getting pants to fit length wise and on the waist but these are so perfect and flattering no tailoring needed!

Pants fit perfectly! Colour isn’t sheer at all! Such a flattering pant. Wish they were on sale always so I could order them in every colour.

I bought multiple pairs of these pants but I still think the effortless looks better. The carrot pants seem to ballon at the top due to the tapered leg. The only benefit is that these are slightly shorter so they are better for petite girls - effortless is too long even in the short version. I wished Aritzia would come out with shorter inseam pants like they have in the past!

Love that these pants come in tall length, favourite pants for work! I'm usually a size 10 and had to size up to a 12 in these pants

I got them in tall and they have the perfect length compared to the effortless. The waist is tighter hence more flattering on a curvy body.

Someone mentioned in the reviews that the sizing for their pants has changed specifically in the sizing. I would definitely agree. I purchased the size 2 in short and while I love, love the pants ....the sizing, especially around the waist was so much tighter than my Effortless pants in a size 2. I am 5'3 but the short version seemed more cropped than I would've liked for it to be. The inseam measures at 25" and the waist measures at 13" which ideally should fit perfectly but for some reason fits snugger than my Effortless pant waist. I plan to return the short version for the regular version.and will have to go up a size. I just hope doing so won't change the sizing all around for the pants.

I absolutely love these pants! They fit perfectly and are so flattering. I bought a second pair in a different colour; not because I need them but because I LOVE them! I am usually between an 8 and 10, but bought the size 8 and they are perfect. I have an hourglass figure-the waist fits perfect, the hips have enough room, and the pleats don't pull.

I personally found these more flattering than the effortless pant. For true to size for me.

These pants are very versatile and classy. They are snug around the waist and loose around the legs which makes them very comfortable! They go with really any top, such a cute staple item!

Beautiful pant but fits very small in the waist. I sized up and it was still quite snug.

So so so pretty! Got the blue, and got complimented everywhere I went. Pockets are big enough to fully hold and cover the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and the length goes to my ankles. It hugs the waist at the right spot, too.
It doesn’t wrinkly easily, and washes well.

This pant style is a good fit for people with shorter legs, the fabric is lovely and falls nicely.

These pants are just adorable, and make you look effortlessly chic! Great for work, or even going out (if you want to look a little fancier!). Such a good purchase!

I wear a size 10 or 12 in all Aritzia pants. These 12’s were so tight on my waist that I had to return.

I'm 4ft 11" and received this pant as a gift. I was worried that I would have to return it because they don't have the poetic pink in the shorter length but the regular length was perfect for me when worn with 3-4inch heels. I'm obsessed with the cut and fit on this pant - highly recommend it!

I read some reviews saying to size up if you got some curves and I completely agree. I’m usually a size 4 but ordered a size 6 and it fit perfectly around the waist. I also ordered short but still find the length to be longer than expected. I’m 5’2 and it was just slightly above my ankles. It’s not as thick as I was expecting, but still great for spring/summer weather.

I ordered the short version and found it still a little long. The fit was too tight so I returned it but the fabric felt much more luxurious than the price.

The pants would have been nice if they were remotely true to size. I’m 5’3 & ordered the short version and they were still too long.

I saw the review said curved girls need to size up, and it’s true! White or nude panties can solve the see through problem! I bought light birch! Love the color for summer!

Very flattering and comfortable. I wanted a slightly baggier look so sized up and really glad I did. I have them in black and sienna red and both are amazing!

Very flattering, elegant but casual pant

Super cute fit! I wanted them a bit more right so took a four. The size six fit a bit more baggy on the legs which is also cute. Just not the look I was going for!

The light birch is just way too see through, even with nude underwear. Ended up returning it - I did really like the fit of it so might try to get a different colour instead.

They changed all the sizing of their pants. I can barely do these pants up and they are smaller then my size 2. So disappointed.

The pants are an amazing fit for my 5’3” frame. They hit right at the ankle which is very flattering. The color I chose is also very fitting for spring. Looking forward to wearing these all spring/summer. For reference I’m 154lb and an 8 fit fantastic.

Love these, the cut is very sleek and can be dressed up or down. A staple in my minimalist closet the tapered leg is really stylish, I’m 120lbs got a size 4 and it fit perfectly.

These pants fit exactly the same as the effortless and are the same fabric. They are a nice alternative to the wide leg of the effortless and a wardrobe staple.

I’m 4’11 so i: always hard for me to find pants that do not drape on the floor and don’t swallow me up. These pants are the one! Comfy material, tapered look compliments my body. I got a size 4 and it snatches my waist nicely! Size 6 would be a comfier fit so i’ll get the size 6 next time!

Size 12 fits absolutely perfect on my 33in waist and 46in hips. It hugs my curves beautifully, color is amazing, fabric feels luxe. I want every coloooor! i wish we could add pictures to our reviews

I'm a 28 waist and ordered the 8 bcuz the idea of ordering a 6 which the website told me to scared me thinking it'd be way too small but I should've listened lol. It's too big in the waist so I'd say they run slightly larger but its still wearable so if you want them baggy order your true size. The length is PERFECT though as someone whos 5'3 and every "dress" pant I need to roll it hits my ankles and doesn't look stupid. I got the regular length too. Comfy, easy to style, if you're thinking about it, get it.
