The shoulders looked super square and big on me when I buttoned it up, making me look top heavy. It looks nice as an oversized blazer though. I’m glad I got it on sale

I actually bought this to wear as a long blazer rather than a dress. You can wear it open, too. Its beautiful fabric and very nicely lined! It's a high quality garment. I wasn't crazy about the boning that sculpts the bodice--the hips were a bit high on me and looked awkward. I opened up the seams in the pockets and removed the boning and found that suited my figure better! If you're a little handy with a sewing needle it's not too difficult. If you want to wear it as a blazer, size down. But if you like it as a dress, i would say either size down for a tighter fit or stay your true size.

The overall quality is good and I like the shoulder pads. Personally, I think the waist could be more cinched. Got size 00 but think it's still a bit big on the waist, as i could easily pulled up couple inches of material. Measured the waist and it's about 26 inches/66 cm, which is a lot bigger than 22.5 inches/57 cm as given in the size chart. It is understandable that as a blazer dress, the waist will be given more room, but then it makes me look a bit like the kind of hourglass that allows sand to flow through quicker, i.e. with a bigger "waist" than what normally comes to your mind when visualizing a hourglass. Thus it's not extremely flattering. Appreciate the wool material, unique buttons, and stitching on the collar and pockets, but the fit is just not perfect. I'm suspecting that this style took a bit of inspiration from Dior's bar jacket (not an expert in fashion, but as far as i can remember, Dior made the first cinched waist blazer?), that one is more cinched at the waist but not a blazer dress and the shape is fully created without any boning I believe. Overall, for the material and design, it is well worth 99.99 (it's on super sale right now), so definitely worth giving a try when you see them in store (think they're sold out online for most sizes). And a final note, I think it's a little short to be a dress on it's own. For reference, i'm 5''3 and it's borderline too short.

I got a 4 because I am curvy and feared the 2 might be to tight on my back side.

The 4 ended up being quite large through the bust I am a 32 D - but I added a padded trap less bra underneath and poof it tightened the dress up and now I’m thrilled with my purchase.

Still curious to know if size 2 would have been better but I’m in no rush to go in store.

I also lost weight during covid ... so I wasn’t sure of my size anyhow I didn’t want to be to ambitious and take a size to small

Gorgeous blazer dress in a soft green colour. It is a little short so keep that in mind. I am 5’4” 128lbs and ordered it in a size 4. I decided to return it & size up because it fit perfectly in all places except one; the chest. I am a 32DDD in Victoria Secret bras & have trouble finding shirts & jackets that can button up comfortably (or at all). I could button this dress up but the first button was getting pulled by my chest & it did not look nice. I sized up to a size 6 & it is oversized & less tailored to my body’s curves, but I have room in the chest area (a little too much room, there is gaping, but I will get it tailored.) So overall it fits true to size, but if you are well endowed (in the front or back) I suggest sizing up. Everything else is wonderful! I suggest pairing this with biker shorts or a slip dress & you are set!
