These power blouses are great for the office and for the new virtual office. I have several colors.

This blouse is beautiful. The fit is flowy and flattering. I ordered my usual size and it was perfect for the look I was going for. The armholes are the perfect size to hide any side-bra. Material is substantial and not see through.

I have one of these blouses and loved that i could wash/hang and ready to go.
So I decided to order another white and stretched to order a black.
Boo Hoo the fabric is not the same - totally wrinkly and impossible to press.

I like to wear this with my tights. It’s very comfortable to wear to work. And it looks professional. I like that it is looser

Versatile. Goes well with cardigans. True to size

The material damages very easily. Whilst I love the piece, it was more or less ruined after wearing it once or twice.

I’m 5’2 107lbs. I wear xs for other babaton blouses, and 0 for Cohen pants. I downsized to xxs for this one and it fits me so well. Love the color, length and everything.

Fabric drapes well and not Overly see through Not too low cut.

Looks ok at first glance. Material is 100% polyester and wrinkles easily so it's overpriced for what you get. Not great if you need to pack it for business or conference travel or have a busy life where you want to minimize the time spent on ironing etc.

Would have been nice to have it more fitted but I guess that’s just the style!

Great material. Wash very well. I’m 130 lbs, ordered size S. Slightly shorter than what I wanted and the area under the armpits a bit tight. Still looks great , can dress up or down.

Im love the smooth texture. Light and flowy. The color is subtle. It fits right to your size

This blouse is the bee's knees. Gorgeous fabric, wrinkle-resistant and stain-resistant. What more could you ask? On my last order, a mishap occurred. We missed the knock of the delivery man on their first attempt before Memorial Day. Over the Memorial day holiday rains, my package got wet and the colors from the Aritzia bag bled onto both the blouses. The package came the following Tuesday. Being the problem solver that I am, I decided to try to get the stains out, if I could. Well! The stains came out with just water! I am so elated. That means other staining mediums could potentially come out just as easily. I have several colors, but definitely getting more. I have only experienced two disappointments with the blouses. One, the buttons opened up in the dentist chair yesterday and two is the Large is borderline size 12, especially in the white. You may have to size up, but the back is much longer in the XL.

Love this blouse as you can wear alone or under a jacket. It is dressy or you can wear with with shorts or jeans. I have another one in black so got the Aqua blue this time. Originally ordered the taupe(S) but it fit funny and color was not good on me. Small gives me room but not sloppy 5'4"' 130 lbs.

Very cute blouse, although be warned stone taupe is more gray/brown than purple/mauvey.

I love this blouse so much I own it in 3 different colors and always hop at the opportunity to buy more when they are on sale. I am 5'6", 140 lbs with a 34B bust and fairly strong arms and I opt for a size M - which tends to be my size in most other Aritzia items except body suits, which I prefer a little tighter. This rust color works well with warmer skin tones and pairs well with the paperbag pants or just jeans.

Fits a little loose but as pictured. Great to dress up a bit or wear to work. Love the cider gold colour.

The Babaton Sleeveless Power Blouse is as easy as a Tee to toss on, but it's that understated, elegant basic that makes everything else work well. It's true to size (a Small for me at 5'5"/128lbs/32E), drapes well, is washable, and I love the V-neckline with necklaces. Bought it in black and off white. Love!

This blouse runs a little big so I would go a size or two down depending on how fitted you want it. I got an XS and it’s a good fit for work, but it is still a tad long (I’m 5’ 5”, 140 lbs). Definitely worth the money!

I have not had a chance to wear it yet but this is a lovely blouse that drapes nicely. It would work well to go work in dress pants or a skirt or with jeans. The micorchip colour is a very pale gray/blue. I ordered another one in black.

This top is one of my all time favourites, I've got it in 3 colours and will definitely be buying more over time. Its beautifully made, the fabric is soft and doesn't wrinkle easily, and the cut is flattering on my figure. I'm a B cup with a larger frame and wider hips and the M fits me well (I'm usually between a M - L).

I've noticed an inconsistency in length between the different colours, which is the only down side. I prefer them a little longer and my Escape version of the top is an inch or two shorter than the others.

This shirt is a great standard shirt for work. Since I have darker skin, I pair it with a nude bandeau or camisole underneath.

I had a similar top from aritzia that I bought years ago and was holding on to. This is the better version of it. My bra strap doesn't show at all and there's a better shaping around the cleavage that makes it so feminine and smart professional at the same time.

This blouse is so flattering. I got the XXS and it fits perfectly. Hangs really nicely on the body, looks classy and doesn't wrinkle easily. Can be work casually or dressed up. I have worn mine with jeans and with skirts. Love it so much that I am tempted to get it in other colours.

I ordered the top in the Micro Chip color in a size small (my typical size). The color is beautiful...a very pale bluish grayish color, and the cut of the neckline is flattering, but overall the top was quite large, especially in the underarms. If the top fit properly, I would give it 5 stars. The top gaped under my arms so that there was maybe an inch between the top and my actual underarms/sides, and you could see the sides of my bra. The top in general was very wide as well, which made it appear baggy and not very sleek. For reference, I am 5'8", 127 lbs, 32D. I liked that the top was not too low-cut revealing, especially since I am a 32D so have to be careful not being too revealing in a work/professional setting. I would feel comfortable wearing this to work. I will be returning the top since it is so large on the sides. Debating ordering it in a size XS to try vs. just returning it.

Really like how the armholes are not too low and the fabric is nice and thick that your bra doesn’t show. Easy care.

I have the slate blue and black and want all the colours! Easy to dress up or down. Doesn’t wrinkle. I’m a DD and am so happy I can wear this without it being too low cut. I wear it with a blazer for work and tucked in with jeans on the weekends.

This blouse is truly perfect. The material is soft, the V-neck is great for work (not too deep), and it hangs perfectly. It instantly dresses up any outfit, whether you're pairing it with work pants or frayed jeans. I bought it in three other colors, and I'll probably buy more because I can't stop. My only *tiny* complaint is that it is pretty wrinkly when it comes out of the wash, even when I wash it on gentle, so it takes some extra attention to straighten it out. Otherwise, it's PERFECTION.

The quality is amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I paired it with the Conan and everyone thinks I’m wearing a jumpsuit! Totally worth the price!
