I rally liked how this coat look. Especially to wear with longer dresses dnd skirts. However the back looked very shapeless as it is straight from shoulders down. It looked like a bag on me. Exchanged it.

It wears and looks like a luxury coat but best of all it feels like it!! Couldn't be happier with it.

I've been lusting after this coat for literal YEARS. I finally bit the bullet and bought it this year, and am so happy I did. I have an athletic build and hold most of my weight in my hips (34" chest, 27" waist, 39" hips), so I originally bought a M thinking I'd need it to fit sweaters under the coat. I probably could have gotten away with it if I wanted more of a slouchy look, but it was too big looking for my taste. I returned for the small and it fits perfectly! Just a tad tight with a really bulky sweater, but not enough to be uncomfortable. It looks really nice and sharp, and I get compliments every time I wear it. I debuted it for a wedding in NYC in November, and it held up admirably to the cold and wind. Pretty much in love, and anticipate wearing this for years to come! Worth every penny.

It’s warm and fits very well. I have been trying good quality coats for a long time and loved its fit and quality as soon as I tried it in sand island.

Lovely coat/well made; however, it would be good if the coat length (from the top should seam) and the sleeve length were stated in the description. From looking at the model photos, I thought the length would be just below my knees or at the top of my calf; instead it goes down to mid-calf. Likewise, I had to have at least 2 inches taken off the sleeve length (I am 5' 3"). The top of the collar also goes past my chin as well, so I will likely wear it down. It does look nice that way. When the models are almost 6' tall, it can give the wrong impression. I ordered the XL mainly due to concern about the hip size, but also so I would wear sweaters beneath it. You should really make this coat in an official petite size! My rating is mainly due to that and the cost.

The fit was perfect, the fabric of good quality and the colour is beautiful. I am very pleased with my purchase and have received several compliments.

Fabric was beautiful, but the fit was really big. I originally ordered medium, in the long as I am tall... It made me look like a little kid playing dress-up in their parents’ clothes! Returned for the small in the regular length.
Love it now! Perfect fit. For reference, I am 5’8 and 150 lbs.

The size was fine but it's such a heavy and stiff coat that it won't work for me. Wishing it came in a lighter wool, as the style and colors are just fabulous! Does it come in any lighter medium, I wonder?

I'm in love with this coat! It's beautiful! I typically buy XS or XXS depending on how I like things to fit.
I got the XXS being 5'5" and 110lbs. because I feel like something a wool coat should fit well, otherwise it would look too heavy and boxy. It's perfectly tailored especially the arms and shoulder area, both of which I usually have a difficult time with when looking for wool coats - and I've searched high and low. I was looking for a "Camel" (colored) coat, but fell in love with "Cigar" - got it without hesitation. Easily the most beautiful coat I own - clean lines, the length is classic (can be dressed up or worn casually). Win-win.

I am usually a large or extra large, assuming this is a dressier coat it would fit smaller, I got the XL. Well it was way too big. Gorgeous coat though! Will be buying the smaller size. I think I will go into the store to try it on.

I love this coat! I purchased it in size XS. With most Wilfred items I own I wear an XXS however, I wanted a little extra room for a sweater underneath and I found the XXS was a little tight around the arm pit area. I also am fairly short, and I was worried I would be swamped in the long style, however, the shape is so slimming It makes me actually look taller. Its a really nice coat! Cant wait to wear it for the winter! I purchased in Sand Island and love the colour for fall/winter.

This coat first got my attention when Meghan Markle was spotted wearing one. Now that I have it I see clearly why a duchess would pick it. The coat is nice and elegant, not chunky but warm, and the fabric is so soft! I love the feeling when I wear it and I receive tons of compliments!

Purchased this as a reward for getting my first "big girl" job and couldn't be happier. It has such a professional look to it and is clearly made very well -- keeps me perfectly warm during the cold Chicago winters. Definitely interested in purchasing the shorter version!!

Warmer than my winter downfilled parka. Usually have to sacrifice warmth for style in a dress coat but not with the Cocoon.

Amazing high quality coat. A little tight in the shoulders but didn’t want to size up because it was baggy. Also the sleeves are short on my long arms. But most amazing coat ever I had to buy it anyway
