The shorts are definitely thicker than the butter material. They hug the body, just the same but unfortunately they do ride up a little bit whereas the butter do not (on me). However I would purchase the life again especially because I used them for an outdoor festival outfit rather than for working out. 5” lands a little higher than mid thigh. Buy the same size as you would in butter even though the material is different.

Loved the color but the short was not squat proof which I was disappointed about since the functionality of the life fabric was hiking and training. I returned since I could not train in them.

so buttery soft and havent began to pill yet (ive had them for around 2 weeks) such good quality and are not see through

the material is thicker which I love for working out. I have hand washed them multiple times and still in great condition. Only complaint is that they are always out of stock when I go to buy more

The quality of fabric is nice and thick. I find that you don’t have to wear underwear with them if you don’t want to. They are a structured short and are great for working out.

It's true to size. Fits perfectly on me. High-waisted that will go well with crop top. I bought 7' and 9" shorts from last summer so I want to try shorter version. It end up the middle of my thigh and will not squeeze/cut into my skin. I feel like 5" short looks less sporty than other length(also maybe because of the color?) on me and can be pared with other style top. I bought the red (lillooet) one and can't wait for summer.

The sizing is a bit off on these shorts, I’m always an xs in bottoms and these were a bit unflattering, giving you a camel toe in the front

I bought these for hot yoga and the thin material keeps me cool but the sizing seems a bit off. I find the medium to be on the larger size. Overall good for the price, although a bit sheer

Fits perfect, looks great and very comfy. My boyfriend is always touching my bum in these :) I want more.

Wow the seam on the front is really thick and really rides up. I can't wear them without crazy camel toe. Returned.

They are so comfortable and soft. They don't ride up or squeeze you. I also haven’t noticed visible sweat.

Absolutely love them! The length is perfect and they’re so comfy. Soft material and not restrictive.

The shorts do not stay in place, they ride up when I walk so it was a waste of money for me. Would not recommend. I cannot wear them and feel comfortable.

i got a small, they’re slightly big and stretch so they’re loose on the waist. i would size down

Love this material! It rolls up far less compared to the TNA butter ones and aren’t see through!! Will be wearing these to the gym every day

I’m obsessed with these shorts. 5” is the perfect length, I workout in them, squat proof, and love that they don’t roll. I wish they had more colours though! I’d love a red or orange. I also wish they’d stop making their logo so visible because it’s tacky. But I LOVE the fit!
