I sized up and and it’s still way too small. The sizing at aritzia is not consistent. You should make sure you go in to try it on, instead of taking a gamble on the size.

The fit is nice, I quite like the length.

So beautifully done. The material of the pant is so very comfortable soft and stretchy. It’s a perfect going-out /dinner pant.

Purchased the Melina pants in sand bluff. The color is perfection. The fabric is buttery soft and they fit super high waisted and cropped at the ankle. Very happy!

The straight fit works well for me, love both colours purchased. Only thing, it would be nice to have a choice of the longer inseam for the cropped pants. I chose the longer inseam when ordering online but it doesn’t say long on the tags.

The fit is slightly bigger in the back but overall it fits pretty amazing

These pants are great quality and I love them. I wear a size 4 and I ordered a size 6 and they are probably 3 sizes too small and I can't return them.

The material is good quality, the fit is great and it looks fantastic. The only downside is it's not something you can wear often (so can't justify the price for more than 1 pair) and it's not an easy item to clean. I love mine but there are some things to consider before buying.

Love the pants but Aritzia needs to figure out their sizing. Im a size 4 everywhere else, sometimes even a size 2 but when shopping at Aritzia Im a 6 or 8!?!? Why cant we just have universal sizing?

Previously had a pair in black, bought two colored pairs and none of them fit the same. Both colored pairs I️ ordered require a size up, I️ had to return them.

Very versatile pants. I totally get why they’re so popular. You just need to throw a sweater on and the pants just elevated the entire outfit.

I like the look from the front. I’m curvy and I love my bum. It literally FLATTENS your bum and not in a nice way. Pretty sad for pants that are almost $200.
Worn once and probably won’t wear again because when you sit down you can see how fragile the vegan leather is. Also the sizing is off. I’m a size 4-6 with a big butt and I had to order an 8. So beware.

These are super cute pants and I have a pair in both black and birch, but I had to get rid of the birch pair after them getting ruined in the wash. I’m not sure what happened because I followed the care guidelines, but the material does not hold well in the light color. Additionally, a family member ordered me a new pair of the birch pants for Christmas but they came with a market stain on them that I realized only after taking the tags off. Thankfully I was able to get some of the stain out, but it’s disappoint considering the pants are new and the stain is still there. Aritzia needs to focus on ensuring that it’s sending its customers quality products that aren’t defective and hold well in the wash.

I've noticed a drastic difference between Aritzia qualities (e.g. Winfield and Babaton) in the leather pants. Not sure it's about the origins of the garment but the ones made in China were just glued in the hem of the pants and some were even torn because people TRYING them in the store! I noticed that with Rebel pants also. I decided to go for a better quality and exchanged the pant for the leather Babaton option (however both had the same price!!!). Unfortunately it's too big and I bought the smallest size! I don't know what to do now because it's unfair to pay the same price for a really bad quality pant as Rebel pant, but they fit me better. I thought I can trust Aritzia, I'm not happy :(

I ordered these 2 sizes up based on other reviews and they still were like 3 sizes too small. I ordered 2 sizes smaller from Zara of the same style pant and they were perfect. Don't waste your money on these.

Ok the sizing of these pants is not to par and the fit is just awful. Sized up to a 6 couldn't barely get them zipped in the front and there was a bit of a gap in the back! Cannot size up anymore because it would be way too big in the back. These pants need a fix so upset I had to return them! Please adjust the sizing!

The pants are not meant for a petite woman even in the short size. The 00 I couldn’t zip up and the 0 was massive. Really disappointed.

I absolutely adore Aritzia so this review actually makes me sad to write. I have noticed over the last year that their sizing is not consistent. I've ordered the same exact things from 2021, this year, to find they are much more cropped than before. However the Melina Cropped has been the most disappointing. The Melina Cropped was perfect for me as I am 5'1" and it hit right under my ankle bone. The Melina Pant in a size Short were too long so I was a big fan when I found these. I ordered the Cognac in the same size as my pair from last year to find they were two inches above my ankle bone! When I asked for Styling advice on Chat, I was not given any recommendations or insight to why this occurred. Please Aritzia - get better at quality control!

I would absolutely not recommend these pants. I purchased a pair from the warehouse sale expecting the same quality Aritzia stands behind. I have just worn the pants for the first time, and within less than an hour of sitting in the car, the pants began to completely peel and fall apart. Aritzia will not exchange the pair nor refund me. I am very disappointed.

Wish I loved these - they're comfortable and the fabric is nice (warning: bit shiny). But they're narrow through the hip and made my butt look like a pancake. The back pockets are also placed in a way that made my butt look wide. I also had a gap in the back waist band. Just not the right fit for me. For reference, I'm a size 25 in jeans with 34 inch hips and got a size 2 regular.

I really love these pants but, after just two wears the stitching on the belt loops have come undone. I wish the quality was better for how much they are.

I've been shopping with Aritzia for a decade. Their vegan leather pants are some of favorites. Like the others, the Melinas are super soft. The colors are fantastic as always. The problem with these pants is the sizing, particularly the waist. I'm a 2 or 4 but in these I had to go to an 8. For reference, I'm 5'3" and 120 pounds. As a middle aged woman I have a little bit of a belly now, still, I couldn't even get the 4's on to my body. The size 8 fit in the waist but the rest of the pants are baggy, fitting more like wide leg pants. I like the style but they definitely don't fit as expected in the photos. If you aren't super slim in the waist you may also have to go up a size or more like I did.

I don't care about the size #, it's having to go up two sizes because of the waist. After a decade of buying pants at Aritzia, the last year has been a struggle. This applies to numerous styles, not just the Melina. Please make go back to making pants for real women Aritizia.

Amazing! I got a size 4 and it is a bit big around the waist but other than that they fit great! I am 4’11 for reference and got the regular so they end just above my ankle!

Very classy pant that can be styled up for a professional work day or down for a casual outing. Love the colour!

I am 5'2 and 100lbs. The 00 Short fits me perfectly. These are extremely flattering and classy pants. The 00 crop is perfect for my height.

I am typically a size 6 in pants but these pants were too small. It was my bad though since I forgot to check the size chart. I will be returning and sizing up to an 8! For reference, I’m 5’ and ordered the Tall cropped version so that they would fit full length on me.

These are great pants and I love the crop length. They fit very well, I bought size zero and I am 5’1 and 100 pounds.

I bought my first pair of Melina last year when the cropped only came in one length. It was the PERFECT length for my 4'11" frame. I've been wanting another pair for ages now so I bought the Tall Cropped, as the inseam was the closest to the old cropped. It was half an inch shorter, which I expected since it was mentioned in the description. But the biggest disappointment was the waist - it was smaller too! Very frustrating. Wish it had the same inseam length as the old cropped! Those were so good!

They’re a little more cropped than I would have liked, and I’m only 5’1. Other than that, they’re great and fit true to size — I just wish I got the regular Melina in their short style instead 🤷🏻‍♀️

I do love the fit of the Melina Crop Pants however I received my usual size 0 in the Melina and it was big on me. I went to the store to return it. I compared it to the 0 that was in the store, as witnessed by the sales associate, it was an inch bigger on the waist compared to the same pants and the same size 0. They just ordered me another 0 cropped and it was perfect when it arrived.

Very confused by the inconsistent fit. I have a pair in the full length Melina, which I originally sized up (size 6) from my normal size (size 4) as they fit a bit smaller. However when I ordered the same size in the cropped version they were so small that I could barely button them up. I compared the waist of the cropped to my full length pair and there was a huge difference. Not sure if the second size 6 was labelled wrong, but there is no way these are both the same size?

I've been looking at the Melina pant for over a year and have been scared to try them but I'm so glad I finally did! They are so stylish, comfortable, and easy to care for! I'm 5'2" and depending on the pants a size 2/4. A size 2 was the suggested fit in this cut and they work perfectly! I definitely recommend!

I ordered two pairs in a 4 and 6 to see which one would fit better. I usually wear a 4 or a 6, but I couldn't even pull them over my hips. The 4 looks like a 0 and the 6 looks like a 2.

I will be returning these back in store. Not sure if a 10 would be better.

I am so incredibly confused on these pants. I've never had pants from Artizia so maybe it's buyer error, but I am usually a size 4/27 waist in everything. Sometimes i'm a 6 depending on the cut. I an on the third order of these pants (thank god for free returns) because I started with a 6 thinking I should size up as I'd rather have a looser look than skin-tight faux leather pants. Couldn't even button them. Reordered in an 8, they buttoned but still a bit tight. Waiting for the 10s to come in...I can't believe it. The quality is amazing so I'm being patient but I the sizing is so tiny, I am confused by the other reviews.

These are the perfect leather pants that can be dressed up or down for any occasion. They're super comfortable and look great with everything. I'm 5'6 and 135lbs and the size 4 long fits perfectly.

The fit perfectly. After reading reviews I was in between two sizes and went with the smaller size and it’s perfect. They look a little too cropped for me on the model but I’m 5’2 and I ordered the regular length instead of short so they hit about 2 inches above the ankle

I fluctuate between 103-108lbs so I purchased sizes 0 and 2. Both sizes fit. After careful consideration, I went with a size 0. It ended up stretching a tiny bit after a few wears. It hugs my body in the right places!
