the effortless pant™ lo-rise

I am just over 5’3 and found the regular effortless pants just way too high rise in my frame. I was so excited to order these but was nervous about the low rise. I was pleased to find that these are much more of a mid-rise and still hit me at my belly button. The only problem is they are far too long and drag on the ground for me. I would love to see the short length offered and for more colours to be offered!

So i own the regular effortless in like two colours. im always a size 2 so the girl at the counter told me to oder a size 2. So i did. When I got it, yes it fit, but it was a little tight and very mid-high rise. So i went up a size and still its mostly mid-rise. These are a mid-rise pant NOT low rise. Hits just around my belly button.

I’m usually a size 8, but I got a 10 in these because I didn’t want them to fit tight. Somehow the 10 was tight on me. And they’re not even low rise, they are mid-high rise on me. The crepette fabric is nice, but the fit and style is not at all what I was expecting. I don’t reccomend these pants

I own these in black and matte pearl (both in a size 2). I put in a special order for the Light Birch because I adore these pants and they arrived in a size 2 and were SO SMALL they fit like a zero. You can also see the lining/pockets in the light birch whereas it is not visible in the matte pearl at all. I am really disappointed by this pair and the inconsistency in quality/sizing compared to my other two pairs. Will be returning!

Can you please produce a broader color scheme with the low rise effortless!!! There is a client base that exists who would buy them!!

These pants look amazing and are comfy. The fabric is beautiful. They run long so be prepared to hem.

I’m 5’5 and I find these run so short. I have them and I love them but I can’t wear them with heels. And the low rise doesn’t come in tall (which is really just normal) length.

These are my favourite pants from Aritizia!! I tried on the high rise effortless pants but the waist was too high for my short torso so all the pleats and upper part of the pants always bunched up, especially when I tried sitting down. The lo-rise is literally perfect. Could also be an inch or two shorter for my height...I had to get both pairs hemmed. Please release in more colours!

Love these pants great for short waisted girls, have two out three colors but want other colors PLEASE. I usually wear an 8 in Aritzia pants, sometimes a 10 but in these 8 is perfect could probably do a 6.

Absolutely love these pants, had tried on the original effortless pants multiple times but the high rise just does not look or feel right on me, these are the perfect mid rise pants, they fall just below the belly button and are so comfortable and flattering. I really wish aritzia would make these in more colors, I would buy a grey or navy in a heartbeat.

I have a short torso, so I’m always looking for non-high-rise pants. These hit just above my navel, so for me they are mid-rise. They are comfortable but on the thin side. I wish they were lined. I have 45”hips and size 16 is comfortably loose; I could wear a 14 if I liked things fitted.

I really wanted a pair of Effortless pants but I found the high-rise too much for my small torso.

The low rise fits great, and come up just below my belly button, for a ‘high-rise’ look.

I love these trousers. The low-rise is such a better fit for my body type. They’re very flattering and flowy. I wish they had a few more colours. Would have loved these in the olive colour.

Beautiful pants!!! I initially tried on the high rise effortless crepette but the waist was a little too high for my body type. This one hits perfectly just under my belly button. I only rated 4 stars because I received a defective pair… one leg has two center pleats (should be one). I had used a GC so my only option is heading to a store to exchange and order another pair which is annoying.

Perfect fit, im 5,5 and got 0, they are perfect length with my heels from work

These pants were a big disappointment. The fit was good, but the fabric and the zipper are ridiculously cheap. It’s a struggle to get the zipper all the way up. The only reason they don’t go back is because I misplaced the receipt and I don’t want store credit. Aritzia‘s return policy is very rigid. Make sure you check it before purchasing anything.

The best dress pants. Definitely long I had to get them hemmed but the low rise style is so perfect for my body type. The regular effortless pants are far too high waisted these are perfect. Need more in more colours please!

Overall loved these pants. They were a bit long for me, will have to get them fixed but other than that great!

Fabric flows beautifully, perfect length and fit .

I sized up because I wanted lots of volume. Best thing is these pants are long enough for my 5'9" (175cm) height!

I love these pants. I have smaller hips and not a super tiny waist so I never like how high waisted pants look on me. I got the white for summer to wear to work and I have worn then so much. So happy they came out with more colours for fall.

I LOVE these pants. Much more comfortable than the high rise. I find the high rise fits my body awkwardly in that the waist is VERY tight and the rest of the pant fits ok. The low rise are perfect for my body type (athletic, shorter)

Sizing was perfect and the Lo rise is more like a midrise.

As a petite person, it's so hard to find pants that don't have a high rise and completely overwhelm my torso. These are a perfect rise! My waist-hips are 27"-36", and based on the size chart I bought a size 4. The pants sit at my belly button and flow down nicely. The measurements on the pants themselves are: 29" waist circumference, 9.75" front rise, and 31" inseam. I'll need to get them hemmed, so it'd be great if a short version is offered in the future.

This wide leg pants sits just at the waist. It drapes beautifully. Matte Pearl is an amazing color and is not see through at all. These would be great with heels and a silky top and a sleek belt. Wear it to work or wear it at an event. Just perfect. I am 5’5” 128 lbs, athletic body type. Size 4 fits perfectly.

The construction and the feel of the pant is beautiful, the length was perfect for me, I’m 5’6 and ordered the regular. Sizing is tricky, I’m 12-14, the 14 won’t close on me and the 16 was tight but I kept the 16. There’s no stretch at all in the waist

Love the fit! Love the fabric! I am a true size 6 but at Aritzia I buy a size 8.
I’m 5’8”. So the pants length works well. If I were an inch taller I’d have to buy the xtra long ones.
I wish these pants came in red, pink and blue.

I used to work at Aritzia and tried the Effortless on SO MANY TIMES and ALWAYS found they looked off on me. I wanted to love them so badly but the high-waisted ones were just not it for me. I am a short girly. I wouldn't say my torso is short but since I am short, my torso is proportionately shorter than the average so I think that's why the high-waisted ones didn't work for me. I hesitated between these and the Babaton Pleated because they have similar reviews. I ended up getting these and I am OVER THE MOON. They fit PERFECTLY.

p.s.: they're not SUPER low they're more mid rise (~1 inch below belly button)

These are amazing for casual and to dress up! I have a short torso so these hit my waist and can also be adjusted to hit just below my belly button also. However, I did find my second pair fit a bit more snug than my first pair despite me getting the same size... hence the one less star.

I have always hesitated to purchase the regular/hi rise effortless. Decided to purchase these ones on a whim based on reviews about less bunching at crotch and less digging in abdomen. All true for me as a very petite girl. Love the fit, material and length. It is slightly long but perfect to wear with heels.

Love the original Effortless Pants- own quite a few so gave this version a shot. To my surprise, I think I may prefer these. As a Millennial I know low-rise and these definitely are not; they’re more mid-rise. The original Effortless is very high waisted so sitting can get uncomfortable; these are are just comfier to wear daily.

Im 5'3 133 lbs and the regular effortless fit me horrendously because I have a short torso. This is for the short torso girlies! They don't come in size "short" but short is too short me at times so I got mine hemmed and love them. I ordered the black, matte pearl & light birch but I returned the light birch because it was see through and the matte pearl are the perfect cream pant.

Absolutely in love with these pants! I had the regular (high rise) ones at first but given i am 5’3, they were way too high rise so it was unflattering imo. These are like a mid rise which hits right under my belly button. The inseam is around 31 inches so i did have to get them hemmed but that’s okay. My waist is a 25 and i got a size 2 which was just right.

these pants definitely fit my body better than OG since i have a shorter torso and the rise is more flattering. they are not really low rise when you order your size so def size up for actual low rise look. i love these pants and am realllllly hoping for more colours to be released -like a charcoal grey ;)

When I first got them I loved them! I probably wore them about 5 times before everything started falling apart. There was a hole in the pants that I never noticed and upon further inspection, strings were unraveling from everywhere on the pants. Didn’t realize that these pants were 100% polyester. Cute fit and style but very poor quality, especially for the price.

These pants are worth the investment. I have a short torso and find the low rise fit much more flattering than the high rise. The band of the low rise fits right above my belly button. I am disappointed that the low rise is not available in the short length as I had to hem these pants to be able to wear them with the tallest heels I own. The mat pearl colour is gorgeous and very versatile.
