The Effortless Pant™ Curve-Fit - Crepette™

I have these in blue in a 10 regular length and just bought the black tall length. Somehow the tall is measurably shorter than the regular and WAY tighter. The 10 tall curve in black fits more like an 8 regular length non-curve. So disappointed for this price you can’t get a consistent fit.

I bought these pants in both the green and navy colour, and the fit was great, so when I bought the black during the Boxing Day sale I was so excited to get them, only for them to be significantly tighter than my other two pairs (which are both pretty new as well so they’re not “worn in” or stretched out, and they also still fit). Not sure why a different colour would fit so much smaller.

I have a pair of effortless pants size 6 so I wanted to try the curve fit having wide hips. The pants curve fit fits smaller on the same size and confronting them you can see that the waist is slightly smaller. The fabric also feels a bit different to me and on the tag you can see that the curve fit is made in China compared to the regular made in Vietnam. If you have wider hips and expect this pants to be the perfect solution you're gonna be disappointed, the original effortless pant remains the best option.

Extremely satisfied with the fit and shape. It’s trendy, comfortable, and a pant I can easily wear with most things.

I have a regular pair of effortless pants from a couple years ago. Size 6. They fit almost perfect except there was some gaping at the waist. When I saw they had curve fit I was sure they would solve my effortless problems. I ordered them in my regular size 6 and they are so snug. No extra room in the hips at all but the waist is more fitted. I think I may have to size up in these. In order to get the right fit.

Too long and too baggy

I was very exited for this but when I actually tried them on I didn’t feel they fit any better than the original. In fact, maybe they need some breaking in, but the size 4 in the curve almost felt tighter than my normal ones. I have a small size 2 waist with wider hips and maybe this is meant more for thicker thighs rather than hips. Will likely continue to buy the regular ones.

I have the size 6 in the curve effortless pants that I bought last year and they are loose on me. Typically I am a size 4/6 & bought the exact same pair of pants in black this time in a 6 and they are way too tight and the quality is noticeably worse. I even compared the two and there was a major difference in the sizing. The quality & sizing of these pants have sadly declined over the past few years. Makes me need to look elsewhere for my go to pants for work.

I really like the fabric because it never wrinkles, and you can see the quality in every detail of the pants. They’re so well made! I had to go one size up because the front pleats looked a bit stretched when I tried the size 4—it didn’t flow as nicely, and I wanted a looser fit overall. The size 6 fits looser around the waist, but that’s also what I was looking for. Overall, I love them! For reference, I weigh 125 lbs.

My 6 original effortless pants I currently own from last year still fit but I decided to get a curve style as I expected it to give me a little more room in my hips. I was shocked when I tried them on and they were much smaller than the original size 6 I purchased last year. I even compared the two and there was a major difference in not only the size but the length was much smaller too. The quality & sizing of these pants have sadly declined over the past few years. Leaving me to look elsewhere for a new go to work pant.

I was so excited when I finally ordered these pants because I have tried so many different trousers from Aritzia with no avail so seeing one specifically marketed toward curvier body types was promising. These pants are simply not made for women who actually have wider hips and fuller thighs. I am 165cm and have been a size 4/6 for the past decade and even though these are the "curve fit" I sized up and ordered these pants in a size 8 because I really wanted a baggier trouser.
They fit OK, they're definitely not loose or baggy in the hips or thighs but the pockets don't bulge like their other trousers normally do. However, the pleats look horrendous, I don't think these pleats will work for anyone with a larger hips to waist ratio, it is not flattering at all and maaaybe going up several sizes could help but that would probably lead to other issues. These pants seemed so promising but unfortunately it seems like the "effortless" silhouette is not made for curvy women.

My experience with Aritzia is declining overall as of late. These pants are unfortunately, too short, even though I purchased the long length. I am 5'9', and I work in professional environment. Even with a short heel, these pants were way too short and looked horrible. I don't understand why they do not make the long length, long enough for professionals to wear with a slightly elevated shoe. Very disappointed. Also, disappointed that full color range not available in long lengths. Will have to find other places to buy professional clothing going forward.

Incredible. The fit is perfect. The extra bit in the hip makes them so much cuter and gives a bit of room.

These pants are beautiful and are true to size. I love how they fit, but unfortunately the black has a bluish tinge, which was the deal breaker for me based on my intended use. Very disappointing, but if that isn't a big deal to you I would definitely recommend.

I have soccer thighs and have always struggled with the effortless pants because I would have to size up and then get them taken in and the waist. The curve fit has changed the game so now I can get true to size and they are so comfortable with no alterations needed. I am 5’7 and they are perfect length on me

I’ve always struggled with dress pants because of my hip to waist ratio. Anything that fit my hips was too big in the waist and anything that fit my waist was too small in the hips. Not anymore!!! These fit perfectly! They also do an amazing job at hiding the mom pouch. :D I do have to have them hemmed regardless if they are the short or regular…. But that’s just part of being 5’2
I’d love it if aritzia started offering hemming services!

I’m a huge Aritzia shopper but this is my first time writing a review - want to say THANK YOU to the Aritzia team for finally making a curve fit. I love the effortless pants I have a few pairs but spent a lot of money on alterations and finally i don’t have to anymore because now the curve fit me PERFECTLY. Please come out with more colors

These pants fit so well and feel great!

I'm 5ft 3in; 135lbs and usually take the size 10 in effortless pants. I bought the effortless shorts this summer and have loved them. So I thought to try the curve fit in the pants. I chose the "short" length because the regular is way too long. However, the "short" length turned out to be very long as well, and would have needed to be hemmed. The colour turned out to be darker than expected as well, so I ended up returning it.

Finally a pant that fits in all the right places.

So I used to get the original effortless pants and felt they were good for curvy people however since the branding changed, I think the sizes also changed slightly and so these curve effortless pants are actually just as comfortable as the original effortless pants and they fit well for us curvy girls with small waists and large hips. I was happy when they came out with the curvy pants because I thought the sizes were getting smaller. Also normally I would purchase the size 6 in the pants and now it's a size 8, yet my original size 6 pants still fit me... so not sure what's going on with sizes. But I still love these pants!

I absolutely LOVE that Aritzia makes curve fit trousers. Many companies do this with jeans but this is the first I've seen for gorgeous stylish trousers. Please add this to more styles! No more waist gap and pulling at the hips!!!

I have a really tough time finding work pants due to being bigger and curvy on my hind side and thighs, with waist being smaller. My thighs could fit a 14 but waist could be 12 or 10. These pants fit perfectly. I wish they had more styles and colors in curve fit.

I must thank to the creator of these pants in this curve fit! size 14 on the regular fit as oppose to a 10 (regular size) in the curve! Now please make them in more colors and lengths.

Not much of a difference from the original I wish you would make a size larger than 16 so we would have the option to size up for oversized loose fit.

I have a slim waist and a big butt and thighs with a small stomach relative to my weight. Like I’m a bit overweight but I have good weight distribution. (BMI around 28) and am a bit athletic (endo-mesomorph)
And these are one of the most flattering pants I have ever bought. (I’m also a big fan of Banana Republic’s curvy Sloan in the same size so 2010s now though) This is the 2020s pant to replace the Sloan in your closet. I love these. Will be getting more.

I love these trousers, so flattering, especially for the girlies with hips . They have become my go-to and are extremely comfortable. The material feels like butter. I have them in the white and the navy blue! I would buy more colours if available.

I didn’t find any difference between them. They fit the same as normal effortless pants. The wider ones are slightly better but still not that good for curve fit

I'm a size 10 in the linen/regular effortless because of my thighs/hips, but always had a gap waist. I was able to size down to a size 8 and they fit better in the thigh area, and no gap! These are truly amazing for curvy girls.

Please please please make this curve fit available in more colors and lengths, as well as in other styles of pants. I've purchased so many pants from Aritzia, all of which I've had to buy a bigger size, and have the waist altered a few inches smaller. All so my booty could fit , but these were perfect. I purchased these in a size 8 and they fit my waist and hips perfectly with no need for alterations.

I always have a difficult time trying to find pants that fit over my hips without giving me a "hula hoop" waist. This curve fit is absolutely fantastic and very flattering!! I hope Aritzia continues to make and stock this item.

Amazing, regular crop fits great for petites as full length.

I got the black and light birch, black is stunning- finally fit in the effortless pants. Theyre loose, but will def need to get hemmed. The light birch however, is SO see through. I mean you can see the outline of the pockets in the front. The photo is definetely misleading.

Since I've started working out and the glutes have begun glute-ing, it's been so hard to find pants that fit properly and look professional at work. These are a game changer, fit like a glove, no awkward puckering or gaping. They just fit. I've fondly named them, the Mrs. Incredible version. I only wish I didn't have to wait til August to buy more colours!

I hope they do more styles in curve! The regular fit did not fit my hips/thighs and these are perfect. The quintessential perfect black pant!

LOVE the new Curve Effortless Pants! I’m 5’4”, 115 lbs. I have a true hourglass shape body so it’s difficult to find pants that are for this shape style.
My waist is tiny but my hips, butt and thighs naturally have those curves!
I’m in a size 2. They fit perfectly….except I will need to get them hemmed.

I could never wear the effortless pants before. Always too tight in the leg. These fit perfectly. The only reason I give 1 less star is now I need them in short. Had to get them hemmed as I am 5’3.
Fit true to size

I’ve tried to make the original effortless pant work for a long time and they just never did, I always returned the fit didn’t work for my body type. Finally they made the curve option and it’s perfect!! PLEASE more styles and colors — waiting and waiting!!

I love the curve fit, great for people with larger thighs! My only criticism is that the black pants are a very dark black and you can see the difference if you wear them with other true black things. I still own two pairs though as it’s still worth it for the fit. Can’t wait for more colours.

I'm 28' waist 40' hip kind of gal and always want a fitted pair of wide-leg pants...I've tried regular fit Effortless pants for both sizes 8 and 10. Size 8 fits my waist but my hips are squeezed. Size 10 fits my hips but the waist part doesn't hug my curve at all... Then here comes the curvy fit pants... Size 8 is perfect on me. Please have more colors! I'll buy them all
