I bought this skirt after hearing all the amazing reviews and it's super pretty - but it wrinkles soooo easily. No amount of ironing or steaming will take all the wrinkles out. Unwearable at this point unfortunately :(

Great length and fit true to size lightweight for summer

I bought this skirt for work and loved it! It’s the perfect length and love the elastic waistband making it comfortable to wear all day sitting or standing. Very easy to dress it up or down!

I have this skirt in five colors and constantly stalk the site for whenever it goes on sale. I am now known as "aritzia silk skirt" girl by my peers because I wear it at least twice a week. Comfortable, high quality, versatile and super flattering. The elastic waistband is absolutely diabolical with how well it hugs your waist.

These skirts are gorgeous and a fantastic addition to my closet, but denude and matte pearl are incredibly see-through (you can see EVERYTHING- even the care tag shows through!) and the waistband on my matte pearl skirt is already fraying a bit. I will have to add a slip beneath the skirts because they are that sheer. It's so disappointing considering the fact that I paid full price for these. Please make them opaque, add an underskirt so it isn't see-through, or both!

Beautiful skirt, lovely fit, but the denude colour is so see-through there is no undergarment that will work. Even with a nude coloured thong, your butt crack will still show through this skirt. Returned this skirt, but kept one in a darker colour.

I recently purchased it in the Crush Magenta colour, which is stunning in real life. I also own the old version of this skirt where there was a zip on the side. That one is TTS (I got both in size 6 which is my normal size) whereas this new version is just *slightly* smaller, maybe by half a size. Some comments mention the waistband being too narrow to pull on over your thighs, I don't find that to be the case you just have to be a little careful. The crinkly-ness of this skirt material makes it easier to hide wrinkles, and while wrinkles do form fairly easily they also do come out while you're wearing it.

Try on midi and mini, midi is way more elegant. Love it

Skirt works with different styles - dressed up or casual. Material and fit is nice. Good staple piece to have!

I love this skirt! I was worried the fabric would look a little 80's prom queen, but it's not. I bought two- the navy and the brown. I love both. The cut and drape are beautiful and the skirt can be styled casually and for more dressy occasions. I wear 6-8 at Aritzia and bought the skirt in 8. It's a bit loose, but I like my clothing on the looser side. If you are between sizes, I would stay with the higher size so the skirt drapes better.

I like the color and especially the fit. Will purchase another color.

Bought for my daughter. Bought a size up (based on some reviews). The skirt itself is pretty, IF you have the right body type for it.
A side note, it came shipped in not the best of shape, VERY wrinkled. For all the $$$ spent we would have expected it to be in better shape.

I got the coral and the navy blue. Both are gorgeous and complement my skin tone (very fair/pale). I knocked off one star because like others have mentioned, the fabric is thin enough to show underwear lines if not wearing laser cut. I haven’t found underwear that is both comfortable and doesn’t show which is frustrating. Still, the fabric isn’t thin enough to be sheer and feels substantial for long term. I fall between a size 0 and 2 and I went with the 2, it still fit my waist and was more comfortable for casual wear.

I usually only wear athleisure and don’t dress up often but I am still getting tons of use from this skirt. It’s on trend yet classic at the same time. Looks great with cozy sweaters and hoodies as well as tanks, button-downs, simple t’s….everything! Can see wearing this year-round. I love that it is machine washable and has the elasticized waist, so it isn’t fussy to care for and comfortable. Note: the lighter colours are somewhat sheer so you’ll have to be careful with your undergarments. And if you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up. I could wear my usual size but the elastic pinched my waist a bit and the skirt was tight when sitting, so one size up is much more comfortable.

This silk slip skirt is the best out there and makes you feel fabulous. I have tried others and trust me the quality is superior. The silk is thicker and not flimsy and the texture and shine is perfect. I have 3 and love all my color choices. Look no further when looking for a silk slip skirt. My usual size is a 8 I ordered the 10 for a more comfortable fit. This skirt is very flattering. I’m glad I found you Aritzia 🦋

Super sheer as it does not have a lining. Wouldn’t recommend

I wanted a looser fit so I sized up to an XL and it's perfect (sitting around my hips rather than my waistline). The color is amazing and the silk is very rich and feels great! I may need to buy another color for Spring!

Love this skirt! I suggest sizing down. I am typically a 6 in Wilfred and 27 in denim formum. I purchased a 6 in this skirt and it was way too big. I went for a size 2 and it was perfect. I was also going for a more slimming look instead of really loose and baggy.

I like the fabric weight. It provides a nice drape. It’s a nice soft gold tone.

I am between a size 2-4 usually, and I already had a size 2 of the navy blue version of this. I decided to purchase a 4 in another colour, as the waistband of the 2 was a littttle smaller. The 4 in this fits but I should've gone for the 2 again, as now there is a bit of extra fabric between the waistband and my bum, which creates a strange shape. Otherwise the skirt is beautiful and drapes nicely.

Very nice skirt. However, elastic is very tight. Be aware if you have "larger'" hips. A bit of a pain to put on.

You need this skirt in your life, perfect combination between chic and fun, got it in gloss green and I adore it, received a tone of compliments on it!!

So comfy and swishy and has become one of my favourite pieces. It’s super flattering and the top is an elastic that’s super comfortable.

Loved this skirt back when it had a side zipper. Now that it’s just a slip on I can’t get it over my butt. I am not someone with a large booty either, but I can hear the elastic stretch/tear every time I try to slip it on. It is not tight around the waist at all. Wish they didn’t take the zipper away. Otherwise I do still love the look of it.

Came with a visible hole in the front. I have to return and then after placing replacement order I got an email after 2 days that it was sold out.

Fabulous skirt! The midnight blue is gorgeous. Can be dressed up or down. I had compliments from the first time I wore it.

I bought this in the Denude and Dewberry Purple colors. The former is a pretty, soft pink color that is flattering with my pale skin tone. The color almost gives me ballerina vibes. It is a bit see through but with the right undergarments this becomes a nonissue. It's a great skirt with a flattering, slightly sexy fit while still being work appropriate. The Dewberry Purple color was a bit too vibrant for me (most of my clothes are neutrals) but could be great for someone who is more adventurous with color. Hoping this washes nicely and is easy to care for as the fabric used doesn't justify the high price charged by Aritzia (you could get a 100% silk skirt for similar price)

I purchased this skirt in both navy and purple and both are gorgeous. The navy is my favourite - classic, muted but still vibrant. I wish the purple was a little darker (ex: more eggplant in shade) but it is still beautiful, and adds a nice pop of colour. The skirt arrived wrinkled however, so that was disappointing. As for sizing, it is true to size - size 8 fit me perfectly (a little tight to get over the hips, but perfect once pulled up). For reference I’m 5’6, 160 lb with average sized hips/butt. I wish the forest green was still in stock - would have purchased that in a heartbeat!

I ordered a size 16 and that is my usual size. The colour is beautiful, though a little bit more of a pale pink than I was expecting. It also arrived extremely wrinkly and I am a little worried about ironing it because of the material, so I will attempt to steam it.

A disappointing example of Aritzia’s declining quality over the last several years. Zipper closure replaced with elastic band. Uneven hem. Material looks cheap—not the light, silky, flowy, yet tailored look I was looking for. Save your money. There are many “dupes” at better price points out there.
