I am 5”2 129lbs with a 33 inch bust and a booty and a size 4 fit perfectly. I can say that the bust area is a TINY bit too big but if I sized down to a 2 I think it would have been too tight on my stomach and booty. Very very pretty and worth it. Super flattering!

This dress is made of nice material and is decent quality, but the fit was not right for my body type.
I have a smaller bust and narrow hips, and this dress fit perfectly in the hip area while gaping oddly at the bust. If I'd sized down, it would have been too tight in the hips!

Love this dress so much! Fits me like a glove. I went with my normal size (size 8). The dress is pretty short but there is adjustable straps so after making them as loose as possible the dress fit me way better (I’m 5’11 for reference)

Very cheap material considering the price.

I tried this dress in the store, (i usually wear size 2/4), tried size 8 and it fit me fine. I ended up ordering size 6 and that fit even better. I would go up 1 size. It's stretchy but for fitting and the material isn't that forgiving so unless you're totally toned in the stomach and have a small chest, I think going up one size is necessary. However, it does look and feel really nice. I would def recommend this dress.

This is my first short, fitted dress from Aritzia and it's so pretty! I got the colour in Outer Space (like teal) which looks like the picture. Material is a double layer satin-like, very comfortable and allows room for movement. Be aware that you can't really bend over without flashing lol, however that might just be how it is with short/ mini type dresses.

I love this dress! I'm typically a M or an 8 but DD cups so I tend to size up if things are fitted in the chest. I got this in my regular 8 and it fits great! The fabric is a bit stretchy which really helps. I love the shape of this dress and how it hugs the curves.

I think if you have a smaller chest, especially in sizes 6+ there might be too much room in the chest. I also think if you're taller than 5'8 it might be quite short

I place the order on Nov 26, and I still haven’t received the order yet! Even though I emailed them couple times, they still can solve my problem and just told me to wait. It’s been almost a month already.… disappointed! Never ordered anything from online again:(

Love how the dress hugs curves, however the neckline feels really unflattering and kinda juvenile. Not flattering for my small sized boobs but I can imagine it wouldn’t be for larger sizes either.

I ordered three (4,6,8) sizes of the shimmer dress and the 8 was the one that fit. You can tell on the model that the fabric pulls and bunches a bit, it unfortunately does that irl as well.

This dress fits beautifully and I love the colour (Peri Purple), but unfortunately my experience with the fabric has been so horrible so I cannot recommend it. After getting this dress home and removing the tags I found a loose thread right on the bust, but decided to wear it out for my birthday anyway since I had nothing else with me. Then, after washing it (according to the directions on the tag), two large stains (look kind of like oil almost?) appeared while it was drying. I have no idea what it is - I used gentle detergent, delicate cycle, and hanged to dry, and they absolutely were not there when I wore it the night before. I tried washing for a second time and it only made it worse. I have tried everything to get the stains out but nothing has worked. I don't know if it's just horrible fabric in general, if I got a lemon somehow, or if the marks were there before and only became noticeable in natural daylight, but for a $100 dress I am super upset.

Really cute. However rides up in the back. This makes it very short, especially if you are taller.

This dress is super cute and flattering! My only complaint is that it is fairly short...but not so short that I will not wear it out (but it is pushing it). I am 5'7" and got a size zero but do not want to size up as the fit wouldn't be the same. If it was a longer would definitely buy in multiple colors though!

I love this dress so much I have it in black and pink. The fit is stunning, it hugs the body and accentuates your curves. Super cute when dressed down with white sneakers and crew tops, but also sexy when dressed up with strappy heels. Don’t hesitate, buy it!

Purchased online. The colour of the dress in photos online was lighter/more pink and less purple than the dress I received in person. There should have been another layer of fabric at the chest area, it's thin and you can see the impressions of what's there...

Two stars because even though I am unsatisfied, I have to admit it IS cute. It doesn't look bad, it's just below the quality CAD$98 (plus taxes) should get you. I don't recommend this dress. It's worth searching somewhere else for a cheaper alternative. I'd return mine but the shipping took so long that I didn't receive the dress until after the return window ended.

This is the LBD i’ve been searching for! however, I wore it one night and the seams and threads started to pop out. I even got a size bigger than I usually wear. not worth it for the price tag.

This dress is so flattering (I have a pear/ hourglass figure) , however, if you have a smaller chest like me, I recommend sizing down. I’m normally a 2 and I tried it on and it was way too big at the chest, but a 0 fit perfectly!

Full disclosure. The dress is extremely flattering on an hour glass figure. This is the dress that makes men and women stare, and boyfriends look at you while making their girlfriends mad. It happened several times in one night for me. The only downside is the mental prep you need for all the attention you’ll receive.

As I am ordering this online I wasn’t sure what size would fit - a 4 or a 6, so I got both. The neckline gapes and so does the armpits. The size 6 had a HUGE gaping neckline/armpit. My boobs are a 34C so it’s not like I could not fill out the top portion of the dress. I think I will end up keeping the size 4 anyways because I love the pattern. I got this in the black/oval orange color.

this was a super cute dress and fit will. The downfall is I wore the dress for 2 hours to a fancy show and the threading broke and there’s 2 horrible large spots that piled. I paid $100.00 for a dress that lasted 2 hours.

The shape of this dress is so flattering. I am a 0 in effortless pants but I am 32D and the size 4 looked great on me. I could have fit into a size 2 but I didn't want a tight look. It has lots of shape to it so even a bit bigger it still looked great. Adjustable straps are key. I may have to get this in a few colours. So versatile.

i literally love this dress, it’s so flattering and i have a small butt and a smaller chest. the plum color is great. i do have one issue with it. washing it, everything is all good. drying it? fine. but if i get one drop of food, oil, spit, even WATER leaves a mark until i wash it. which is really annoying if you’re wearing it out to dinner or a club and you get anything on it’s VISIBLE. i just got a minuscule drop of water on my dress and i didn’t realize so i thought it was my drink so i tried to rub it off with some water which left a bigger mark, and i tried to rub the edges of the stain off and it got even bigger. now it just looks stupid lol. i know it’ll come out just something to know is be CAREFUL not to eat or drink near the dress

I absolutely love this dress! It is so flattering and comfortable, but it is quite short even though I am 5’3 it is short on me. But overall a rally pretty dress!

This dress is so pretty but just a drop of water stains it and it’s a pain to wash you have to take it to the dry cleaner so I would pass for like a cute summer dress that you plan to wear often :/

This dress has just the right amount of stretch and hugs every curve. Due to my height/proportions the zipper does come down a little far and creates a little tail when the dress rides up but other than that it’s perfect. If you’re between sizes, size down. I’m 5’4, 34/25/37 and ordered a 4.

I love this dress SO much! Super comfortable and figure flattering. Looks really beautiful. Material is good quality and very soft. New favourite dress. Will probably get more.
