I’m a 36DDD with a smaller waist and took a chance on this in an XL. Waist fit snug but did fit, however it was almost comical how much I could NOT zip this up all the way. My bad — bustier style tops never work for me, so I should have known better.

This top surprised me with how flattering it is with the effortless pants. The peplum gives it the perfect feminine touch to an otherwise business looking outfit. The quality is what I expect from Aritzia (unlike a lot of their new pieces) so this one’s a winner!

Amazing quality I already know it will last me forever. It not only looks like good quality but I can feel that it’s good quality. And it gives you shape with how it flares out at the bottom

The fit, structure, material, and comfort of this classy bustier makes me feel like I could step right into a Victorian era gala with little fuss or notice. The top is just beautiful, and looks especially posh with the satin skirt I've paired it with. I went for the navy color and have added sparkly silver jewellery as a final touch. I would definitely recommend.

The fit is flattering, I think the only area that was lacking was around the bust (I'm 32a and ordered a S) where there was a bit of a gap between my body and the shirt. It was comfortable and fairly easy to put on and take off, perhaps some might struggle with clasping it in the back though as it's like zipping up a jacket backwards. I liked it enough to want to buy it in another shade!

I believe if I had gotten a smaller size it would fit me better in the bust area. I am somewhere between a xs & small but it seems that there is no happy medium.

I love how this shirt looks and it's beautiful material! I just found the neckline to be way too wide for me so it gaped significantly. I ended up returning it unfortunately.

This is such a beautiful top ! Perfect for work or date night ! I am 5’1 and 120 lbs (athletic build) and I ordered a small and it fit perfectly !

I'm a size 8 and wear M/L Bought this in a L and the corset part hugged my body perfectly! However the top was so loose and low I don't think I could wear it without a chance of a nip slip, and no bra would look flattering with it. Sad I couldn't make it work

Sized up as recommended by previous reviews. I do really like this top, however I’m not overly busty and the bust is a little loose. Was intending to wear this without a bra but I think one will be required to fill it out.

The Large was too big and the Medium small, this looks stunning on smaller boobs. Just not for me.

This top is gorgeous, but is VERY difficult to put on alone. I would also recommend sizing up, since there is ZERO stretch to the fabric.

This a great top! I got it in the linen colour, and originally ordered it in Medium, but found it to be a bit too boxy, so exchanged for a Small. It fits snug in the right spots, as it is a bit of a ‘corset’ style, it looks better that way than oversized (imo). It looks amazing paired with a pencil linen maxi or high waisted jeans. For size reference, I am 5’8”, 132 lbs, smaller waist, larger bum body type.

I am pretty taken back, in a good way, of the quality of this piece. Wow. The details on the back zip closure are such high quality, the structure, everything. It is a little bit hard to get into yourself but it's true to size and you can go braless. I usually get size S in aritzia and I'm a 34C - this fit well around the chest. Really impressed by the quality.

After tax (w free shipping) i paid 103 dollars for this top when it wasn’t on sale. I LOVE how it fits and looks on me and when holding it up the material feels like very good quality, the shirt itself is heavy and not cheap at all (very light and comfortable when wearing though) and the white one is NOT see through without a bra on! the back unzips all the way like a jacket so it’s easy to slide over your head, but the top part may be a bit snug so if you’re larger chested i would size up. i typically wear an xs and this one fit very well on me and i’d say im probably a b/c cup size but idk for certain. id check your measurements first! that’s what i did and the sizing was accurate. very soft and comfortable when wearing but since this is a bustier there isn’t much stretch to the material so thats why i recommend checking sizing before buying. this wasn’t an issue for me and i could wear it all day and bend over and not worry but a size down would be too snug even if it still was wearable. i don’t have any worries with this top ripping or falling apart as it feels very well made the only concern i have is making sure i don’t stain it LOL. but anyways the zipper on the back is also good quality and doesn’t feel like it’ll break plus it has a little white (matches the shirt meant bulky) string to help pull the zipper up which i do need to use if zipping it up by myself! also, the peplum bottom has a little slit at the end where the zipper is so when you sit down it wont feel stretched on your back. so no worries about stretching it when sitting and bending over. the lining on it is also very flattering and the neckline doesnt sit too loosely though my boobs aren’t super perky so i was happy that was the case!

do i think this was worth 100 dollars? depends. on sale? definitely go for it! if it’s not on sale? if you don’t have the money to readily spend i would just wait as 100 dollars can be a lot depending on your financial situation and although the shirt is definitely worth the extra money waiting for a sale might save you a few dollars and the wait for that would be worth it!

overall this is a 5 star shirt and aritzia does have good return/exchange policies if you do decide to buy and end up not liking it on yourself! i would 100 percent recommend this to anyone who sees this and loves it though! looking directly at me my cleavage is covered, but looking straight down from above me or bending over you get more of a view, but nothing too revealing! i’m not overly modest though so if you don’t want your cleavage seen at all cover when you bend!! it wasn’t much or anything i’d be concerned about i could bend over in front of my entire family and have nothing to worry about but just incase some of you who are more modest want to know there ya go! i love it and honestly have no issues and im incredibly picky with clothing i wish i could add photos to show how cute it is on me so if you like how it looks on the model trust and go ahead and get it you wont regret! :)

(btw im 5’2 3/4 and weigh around 100-120 pounds. my weight fluctuates a little but i always get small/XS in shirts and this one i chose XS in the color white. id say my torso isn’t super long so the shirt comes down to my hips or around the waistband of mid rise jeans!)

I’m not usually one to write reviews but the crepe material of this top hugs your body in all the right ways! Straps are wide enough to cover annoying armpit fat. Peplum is a cute addition too. I’m normally a size 6 or S/M. Medium was snug on me.

I never write reviews but I had to for this one. I will be the first to say that Aritzia’s quality has tanked over the last year and when I ordered this in light birch, I fully expected it to be see through. However, this top is chef’s kiss. The quality is so good, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s lined and not at all see through. The zipper is good quality and it has a hook and eye closure as well as a snap closure at the top. The zipper also has like a fabric extension attached to it to make it easier to zip up on your own. I think it fits true to size. I normally wear a size 2xs-xs and got an xs and it fits well. Also, the peplum hem is cute as heck. Order it, you won’t be disappointed!!
