These are high-waisted pleated pants with slash hand pockets, back welt pockets and a darted back waist. They're cut from (Re)ssential — softly structured stretch fabric that holds its form while you move easy. It’s sourced from a premier Portuguese mill and made with recycled materials and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose — responsibly sourced, wood-based fibres produced through a process that reduces impact on forests, biodiversity and water supply.

Super Flattering
These are the best pants I've ever bought from Aritzia. I have a couple of pairs of the Effotless, but these are BY FAR a better fit on me personally, more flattering.

the perfect pants
these are my favorite pants ever! they are definitely mid-rise instead of high-rise, but they are so comfortable, flattering, and versatile. i'm 5'5" and around 135 lbs, and, like some of the other reviewers, i prefer these to the effortless pants as i like the silhouette better and find the fit more flattering for myself personally. this is the most i've ever spent on a pair of pants but it was SO worth the cost.

Not high rise as advertised
This is a mid rise pant. The material is quite heavy which is nice. Ultimately, I’m returning them because I prefer high rise pants and the shape resembles a barrel leg pant when worn. Not very flattering! I’m 5’0 103lbs and usually wear a size 00 for reference.

Better than the Effortless
Despite being an avid Aritzia shopper, I have never left a review, but feel passionately enough about these pants that I had to. Everything about them is perfect - the fit, the cut, the weight. I am 5’3, athletic build, with a butt, hips, and thighs, typically a size 8. I have found that with some Aritzia pants lately, an 8 has been a bit to snug in the hips and a 10 is good for the hips but too big in the waist. These are more of a mid-rise, and seem to be designed with more room in the legs and hips, so perfect for someone with a similar build. I had to get them hemmed, but honestly, they are so flattering, I didn’t mind.

Perfect wide leg trouser
I love these pants with the pleats facing in is very flattering with the wide leg. I actually prefer these over the effortless pants. I ordered one size larger as I wanted these to be looser and sit lower on my waist. Highly recommend
