Dark gray sweater has a tight band around the bottom that is not reflected in the item photos on the site. It appears to be a different version and negatively impacts the fit and look of the sweater. Disappointed as it's on returnable for store credit and I'd been eyeing it since last year.

Beautiful sweater but poor quality. I worn it ONE TIME, and haven't even washed it yet, and it PILLS so much. There is nothing to do with it, even with a fabric shaver. I would give a zero star if I could, for the price - quality.

I revived this sweater as a gift. Loved it. Wore it often. I tried not to wash it as often as I wore it as I know it is wool and delicate. I washed maybe 5 times after having it for 6 months. First couple of washes were fine. Then it shrunk and the material got stiff. I decided I must have made a mistake while washing. I bought it again the next season. Everything was fine for a while. Always followed the instructions for washing. The exact same things happened. I am incredibly disappointed given how expensive this sweater is. It is clearly not washable but that is not said on the label. I will be thinking twice before buying any of Aritzias sweaters.

The quality at Aritzia has gone WAY down. I have had this sweater for less than a month, worn it two times and it PILLS. It's practically shedding. Have not washed it as I read previous reviews saying you can't wash it or it falls apart/shrinks.

Honestly not worth the price and likely won't last the winter.

It’s a nice quality and runs true to size. It’s oversized and I’d normally size down to an XS, but the XS was too small and cropped. The small fit perfect

The tag was stitched upside down when I received my sweater. This was so disappointing. It also pills like crazy. A huge regret in purchasing this.

This sweater is excellent quality and the cinder pink color is pretty and understated. However I'm a petite, slender woman and I believe that this slouchy fit simply is not flattering on me. It tends to swallow you up and de-emphasize your shape, and if you are lean it doesn't do you any favors. No complaints as to construction or quality, it just does not suit my body type well.

So disappointed with this piece. I recently purchased as a birthday gift to myself. It fit beautifully and was so flattering. It is wool and I am aware how difficult the material can be to clean so when it was time for a wash, I made sure I followed the directions to a T. Sweater still shrunk…a lot. I purchased a medium and now it will probably fit a 6 year old.

Bought this for my daughter. Love the colour and the cozy feel. However, it is cut way too short. Definitely not waist length, more of a crop feel. Super disappointed with this purchase.

The turtleneck was really small, did not match the colour shown and was scratchy on the neck. Unfortunately won’t be able to wear this one :(

The colour is deep and rich and the sweater feels cozy. But I underestimated the shortness of the sweater. I will still wear it.

As a petite human, it is hard to find a turtleneck tjst does not overwhelm but this one is perfect fit!

i buy this sweater every year in diff colours. Didn't remember the sweater to pill this much.. obviously was in love with this sweater when i first bought it, but after a couple wears... EXTREME pilling. I haven't washed it yet and i'm scared... Every year Aritzia's fabric is getting worse. :( I also usually wear size small, but ordered a large, bc i wanted it to be baggy.

Loved this sweater until I tried to clean item. Followed all washing directions very closely because I’ve had other friends have shrinkage problems with this sweater, and it STILL shrunk. This product is WAY to expensive to wash once, following their own directions and have it immediately ruined. Just don’t bother

Soft, comfortable and flattering on a 21 year old.

Sweater is great for the first few wears, but you can not wash or dry clean. Shrinks and ruins the material.

I'm typically a M, but when i bought the full length version of this sweater last year, i sized-down per the reviews and the S fit me great. I figured it would be the same thing with this sweater, but the S was too S. The M was perfect for me for this particular cut. You could probably even go up a size and it would still look cute. I wear high waisted leggings all the time, and i love where this sweater hits on the waist when paired together. So warm and soft, it's deff a keeper.

I'm 5'8, 34A and slim. Normally wear XS or S, and this sweater was sooo cropped in S on me. When I tried on M, the length AND width (surprisingly it wasn't too huge in width) was perfect. The sleeves were just a bit longer but they can be easily rolled up. I'm overall very happy but just surprised at the sizing. Would have never expected to order a M. It's beautiful in botanical green. I hope it comes in more colours.

This is absolutely going to be my favourite sweater this winter, I can already feel it. Fits well, looks good. I want more colours!

The sweater is cropped but not at a good length for me.

This sweater legit pilled within an hour of wearing it. What a huge disappointment for this price point. Unless you enjoy the look of cheap fabric pilling instantly and have money to throw away, pls do not buy this sweater.

I love the waist length slightly oversized feel of this sweater. I'm short, so regular sweaters always ruin my proportions. The oversized feel allowed me to size down a bit, so that it would be a bit more cropped on me. It's warm, but I didn't overheat. The colour is AMAZING!

I love this sweater. This year I find it fits true to size. I tried this sweater on last year in store and I needed to go to a size small. I purchased online this year and bought a medium, my normal size, and am happy I did. It fits great.

Great sweater. However it pills easily and a lot. I think I can fix with a sweater shaver but very disappointing.

Quality was not as I expected, doesn’t look like high quality knit I usually expect from aritzia, especially given the price. It’s more cropped then anticipated as well.

I love this sweater, I have 2 colours now. I find it’s the perfect length and ends around my natural waist. The arms are quite long, if you have shorter arms they may be swimming in fabric. I’m consistently a medium in Wilfred tops and the fit is perfect

This sweater is soooo soft and feels really luxe. Its just the right amount of crop, especially with highwaisted skirts and pants.

It’s a thick warm sweater, I wish it was an inch longer because it hits right above my belly button, I have to wear extra high waisted pants with it to the office. (I’m 5’4)

I purchased this in both black and green! Great length to pair with high waisted bottoms. Just a not: as wool does, it pills slightly after a few wears so be sure to keep up with maintenance. By far my favourite sweater!

I have the montpellier full-size turtleneck from a few years ago in xs and its pretty big. I ordered a small in this one based on the reviews and it was tiny - not just short but also tighter on the torso then the model. I returned it in favour of the cashmere Guell sweater, but I think it would have possibly been fine in a size up? 5'4" 122lbs

I wanted to love this, sooooo badly, because I love the Everest colour more than words can say. But it’s so unbelievably cropped. I’m a 34 DD with an average length torso (I’m 5’7) and the sweater came to *just* below my boobs. If I lifted my hands above my head, the girls were 100% out. I even dozed up from a Medium to a Large to account for it being cropped.

The quality and material were great but it was too cropped. I also ordered the regular version and I found that one to be too long. I ended up returning them both. I would love to see them come out with the Montpellier turtleneck that sits at the hips.

Not too oversized so if that’s the look you are going for size up

Love this sweater so much! I’m usually between a M / L and originally ordered in a L. Ended up exchanging it for a M and it’s perfect. Great length for a cropped sweater without being so cropped I’m constantly worried about showing mid-section at work. Might get another colour I love it so much!

Have yet to wash this. But it’s so perfect with high waist pants and skirts. For some reason the navy color came way shorter than the rest so I had to return. I went with my normal size small. The birch color is beautiful and not see through. I also got it in black! Can’t wait to get good use of these!

Super cute cropped sweater. I like that the turtleneck is not super tight and loose fitting. I did order size small and generally wear a size XS, 32c. The wool material is super warm despite it being a cropped sweater.

I love this version of the Montpellier sweater! I have it in both Everest and Heather Trace, and they both suit me so well, imo. I do like my sweaters to fit slightly looser, so I sized up to a medium (I'm usually a size small in most Aritzia clothing). However, even the medium isn't that much bigger... The model in the pictures is wearing a size small and it looks almost too small for her too - in the shoulders, maybe? I don't know, all I do know is that I think I might like this version better than the original :0

This is a 5/5 in terms of thickness, softness, and warmth. It lays beautifully too! The one thing I have a problem with is that it's like an inch too short. I'm 5'0", and even with high waisted jeans it's a little too high. But this is great for work, a brunch date, I might even wear it with some leather pants and go on a date. I feel and look luxurious in it. If it wasn't so pricey I'd get another color!

Love the cool grey colour — it’s so beautiful! It’s the perfect crop length and looks great with a pair of Melina pants. Wool is good quality too. Can’t wait to rock it all winter. For reference i purchase the car and I’m 125lbs

Soft, cozy fabric. Not itchy at all. Cropped but not too cropped - perfect to tuck into a pair of high waisted jeans but your stomach won’t show. Get your true size. I found the Montpellier Turtleneck (normal length, not cropped) fit oversized so I was a size XS but in this version I was my true size (S).

I've been waiting for a cropped version to come out and I am soooo happy with it! Normally I am XXS in sweaters, it was sold out so I got the XS and it fits perfect!

I am obsessed with this ashy rose pink colour for Fall. The sweater is cozy and comfortable but I had to size up in order for it to be less cropped. I'm usually an XS in the regular Montpellier and ended up re-ordering in both S and M to compare for sizing. Ultimately I ended up keeping the S as the sleeves on the M were just too long. Great sweater with high waisted bottoms.
