Accurate fit, soft and flowy fabric that feels thick and isn’t see through. The only thing I didn’t love was that there’s a permanent crease running down the leg on each side which causes the pants to flare outwards a bit more than I’d like. I tried to iron it out but the crease remained. Hopefully after more wear and some washes it will soften out.
Was hoping for light airy pant but the weight of the pant is quite heavy for Summer weather. Also it's super wrinkly after wash, not easy to steam. Pant is super long.
I received these & loved everything but the color. It’s slightly pinkish & not a true beige as shown in the picture. I tried to exchange but everything in my size was sold old so I kept them. Otherwise I love the shape & they’re comfortable.
They run big, waist fit ok but length was way too long. Not meant for petite girlies and they don’t make a short version. Too bad! Material was nice though.
These pants are amazing! I love them so much. You can wear them down, and wear them at the office. Not only are they beautiful, they’re also extremely comfortable. The material is heavier than expected, which explains the price. I got the xsmall at the beginning, but had to exchange for size small. Now I’m more than satisfied. The price is totally worth it. To help I’m 5,5 feet tall, and weight 120 lb. Hope this helps ! I’m gonna probably buy another pair for next summer.
Fabric is comfortable, great quality. I am normally in between S & M depending on the item. Ordered a M and the hip line was too tight on me so I returned them.
These fit TTS imo. Comfortable material and good drape. I bought both small and medium. I kept the medium due to my curves. The small fit but was a wee-bit snug in hip and butt area. For reference, I’m 5’4 / 140 lbs - hourglass body shape
The quality is great. It’s a thick linen, very comfortable. But it didn’t fit in a way that looked flattering, mainly at the bottoms. It’s a bit too wide at the bottoms to look stylish— kinda reminds me of pajama bottoms and not the chic kind you can wear out. More like the ones you wore when you were 10. I’m 5’7 135lbs for reference. Sorry Aritizia, I had high expectations but these were not it for me!
Good quality and fit. True to size. Got the Cairo colour and was told in natural bright outdoor light with polarized sunglasses on you can see darker underwear through the pants. Otherwise not see through, would suggest light underwear with lighter colours. Really comfortable and washed well (washed them on cold/delicate and air dried). 5'7" and the length was perfect after the first wash.
Was really excited to get these pants but when I tried them on I discovered they arent very high waisted and are not curvy friendly! I had to return these which was a shame because the material and colour was so beautiful.
These are a great pant for summer. I bought in cream, navy and black. The pocket are key. They drape beautifully and not see throughout They wash very well. I usually wear medium (size 8/10) in pants and I bought a small. The medium was a little baggy and the small fit just right.
Terrible inconsistency in sizing. I wear size 25 in denim forum w/ a little room in my waist. The size S in this was huge - I could fit my first in the waist. However the next size down XS was so tight on me in both waist and in the hips and length was also a little too short w/ sneakers on. And I’m 5’3 with shorter legs.
I bought these exact pants last year and decided to buy the same ones again since I am pregnant and need a bigger sizer for the summer and they are completely different! These ones are a different fabric from last year. The ones I have from last year felt more like linen than the recent one I just bought. Wish Aritzia would stop changing their clothes!!!
So I was looking for a linen pant to wear to the office and wouldn’t have considered these ones myself but the angel at Montreal Aritzia brought them for me and it was love from first sight. I got the natural ecru colour and they are perfect - love the easy going wide fit. They are not see through and made with a nice blend that makes them look more put together and sturdy than 100% linen. Of course for lighter colours wear matching underwear, but can we just agree that’s common sense? The length is perfect for me and I don’t need to cut them shorter - but I know this is not a pant for tall girls, unfortunately!
These pants are so comfy and flattering. The reviews were mixed on sizing but I took a chance ordering a size down and I'm glad I did. If I went with my typical size the pants would have been way too large in the hips and thighs. In a size down they are more streamlined to my body but not tight. I bought the Natural Ecru colour which is beautiful and goes with everything. They are slightly see through so I would recommend wearing lighter coloured underwear. They are thicker and feel durable but they aren't super heavy. Not made for super hot days but for milder spring and summer days, they are perfect.
Really wish these pants fit me! I have a smaller waste but bigger hips and thoughts. The mediums were almost too big at the waist but too tight around the thighs.
I wear only Aritzia clothing I have purchased these in white and black. Very impressive material blend nice and sturdy a little thicker than plain linen. Easy to steam and they didn’t wrinkle as much as pure linen. Nice and airy to wear. Love the wide leg and high waist. Matches great with the little crop jacket to match. These pants are perfect for any occasion, travel, casual or work. Runners or heels. Enjoy! Great purchase.
I have a bigger body and these pants fit me perfectly. I thought I would have trouble with the pants but they are able to sinch well at the wait. I am also 5’ 9 and they are long enough to cover my whole leg
I am super picky when it comes to fabric. These are quality pants! I can’t say enough good things about them and have made all of my friends buy them. I’m 5’4” 120 lbs and an xs fits me perfect. Typically I wear an xs or s in pants. 25 in jeans for reference
I ordered these online and will be returning after trying them on. I am 5'4, 137lbs and these are far too short and too tight on the hips. The pants also arrived with a few snags in the fabric, which is incredibly disappointing.
I bought these pants last year, gorgeous 100% linen. I wore them so much I decided I wanted a second pair this year but when these arrived they were basically completely different pants. Not only are they not fully linen anymore, they're heavier weight, have a different waist band and have pockets that if you have hips, kind of stick out. Bring back the old ones!! These are not nearly as nice for summer.
A few pros & cons of these linen pants before buying.
I am 5'10 (147 pounds) for reference and i purchased the medium because i am usually a size 4 and i like the room in them and for my liking I would not go with any other size. The only issue i'm afraid I might come into with these pants is snagging, which I couldn't check for since I purchased these online. I whole heartedly recommend shopping in person so you can really see how the fabric holds up in store and drapes and if it will/is pilling or if it will/is snag proof. So if you have this store in your area always go in to shop instead of online, sadly I don't have one anywhere near me so I try to check the reviews on every piece and sometimes just have to take the chance.... which is difficult in this economy for a 24 y/o.
These pants are already a staple in my wardrobe! They're so comfortable and perfect for work or casual weekend plans. You can easily dress them up or down. I'm confused by the other comments saying they're heavy? I find them super light and airy. For reference, I'm 5'2 (110 pounds) and these just hit the ground. I personally like a long/loose fit and bought the xs.
Love the luxurious material. They feel great on and looks great with an oversized top or something fitted. I ordered a large but could have easily gotten away with a medium.
Really wanted to love these and overall they were a good fit, just a bit too short for my 5’9” frame. I wish aritzia offered more of their pants in a tall option as I find so many of them just a bit too short. Otherwise the waist/butt/thigh fit was great.
I loved these pants when I got them - they fit exactly right and are perfect for the summer. But try to not wash them! I followed the wash instructions (cold water, no drying), and they have shrunk by a few inches. They fit so differently now.
These linen pants are absolutely perfect. Often, linen pants are itchy, however these are soft, do not wrinkle, even after stuffing it in a suitcase. They are lightweight, and have huge pockets!! I bought them in natural ecru, and the color is gorgeous, very natural looking. I wanted them slightly baggy, therefore ordered a small to wear them low waisted
I felt like these looked a bit too wide on my smaller frame. They also fit slightly too big. The quality is good but they feel kind of heavy. I prefer the Sontag style more because they fit more like a straight leg, and they contain more linen for a cheaper price.
Cute in picture but fit funny in person. Kind of “heavy” feeling and fit a bit funny. I got the Little Moon linen pants instead. They’re wonderful - same look but softer and nicer fitting
I have short legs but these pants run very long on me! Will need to get them hemmed! They also fit very big and the pockets are so roomy which also adds extra bulk.. this doesn’t bother me though, I love wide leg and baggy style pants! The quality feels amazing and the colour Natural Ecru is lovely!
I never liked linen until I found these pants. Now they are my favorite thing in the world. I own no fewer than 10 pairs because I ALSO SLEEP IN THEM. They dress up or down. They make you feel breezy. They control the summertime sweats. They are effortlessly classy. They look perfect with nude underwear.
Please make them in some bright colours!! Please make a matching cropped linen suit jacket!! PLEASE!!!!
i have tried and bought over 5 pairs of linen pants from various stores and these are my favourite - i always struggle with them being super tight over the thigh (i've got strong thighs!!) and looking frumpy, but these flow so nicely from the waist and don't cling to your leg! they're also super thick and not see through (i got the natural ecru) and a nice length when they sit low/mid waist (also a plus, not super high waist)
