Super flattering shape, but will wrinkle if you sit down. Wish the fabric didn't do this, but still so pretty.

Fabric is very comfortable, the stretchy fabric at that back makes it feel snug and not loose at all.

Cute, simple black dress, Fits a little small

I bought this dress in size M in store and saw all the reviews about it shrinking online, so I measured the dress before I put it in the laundry bag, used delicate mode in cold water and hanged dry. For reference, the length shrank by 2.6 inches, and the waist shrank by 0.9 inch. It was a loose fit and causal dress, and now it’s more on the tight and sexy side. I really like how this dress fitted so I wish I bought a size bigger.

This dress fits perfect. The color is beautiful and the fabric is light and soft. Perfect for the Summer weather.

Definitely not a dress for big chests

I love the style of the dress, but it's on the small side and it gets smaller after washing. So I can't wear it at all now, because it's on sale and can't be returned, so I can only put it in the closet.

I tried the Xsmall in store and it was too tight and the small i ordered is too large. Now I am disappointed I cannot return the dress because I will never wear it. I am not impressed with the sizing it’s not true.

This is such a perfect little dress. Comfy and cute! I usually wear a size S but I got the XS. Because of the stretch in the back it fits like a glove.

Originally loved this dress, but after the first wash (which I followed the care instructions exactly), the fabric wrinkled and shrunk so much that it no longer feels like the same dress. So disappointed.

I got this dress in Pear Green a week ago and one of the straps is a little ripped after one wash. I even washed this dress separately in a mesh bag with cold water. First time purchase a dress from Aritzia and it’s disappointing. I paid full price for the dress too.

love this dress, have it in multiple colours, only complaint is that the zipper is impossible to do up the first couple wears. this happens on most of the dresses with ruched backs i find. it’s fine after doing the dress up/or wearing it a couple times but takes a while for the zipper to not be sticky.

It’s fits slightly larger; I bought my usual size but ended up needing to go down one more so it looked more flattering. Unfortunately one of the straps came off after 1 wash: I put it in a laundry bag and set the washer at delicate cold cycle like the instruction and hang to dry. Pretty disappointed given the price.

Loved the simplicity of this dress for HS graduation. The dress came super wrinkly so I ironed it. Unfortunately just sitting in the car with it, it was creased all over again, slightly in the front and pretty bad in the front. Not a good look for a simple (expensive) staple.

I followed all the instructions and when I took it out of the washing machine, it was so small it didn’t fit me anymore. It was really cute before I washed it!!

Zipper back and adjustable straps make the dress a perfect fit.

Fits super well - definitely try and do your measurements before picking a size though because there is not a lot of room for stretch. Very nice simple dress.

really cute but i definitely should’ve sized down. i’m 5’6 but have a small build and it’s pretty loose in the waist and hips. the dress has a stretchy back so if you want it to fit tight size down.

Love the fit of the dress. Comfortable tailored fit. Helped that the back is elasticey and had a zipper for a closer fit. Bought the forest green one first and loved it so much had to get the white, black and strawberry one. Bought the M size - I’m about 140lbs, 5ft 4.

The materials tag on this dress actually lists that the lining is 100% polyester. Not sure why the materials content on the website is listed incorrectly.

I bought this dress for my grad photos. I wanted something that would look good with the cap and gown and this dress is perfect. It fits well and I like how it has adjustable straps. I bought it in white and I can wear this for years to come because it’s so classic.

I love the colour and the fabric, it fits nice in me. It is a little longer than I thought it would be and the zipper has some problems zipping up. Other than that I really love the dress.

Simple, efficient and cute!

My body: 5'7, 34DD, wider hips — I ordered a M and was surprised when it was too big in my bust and waist. I ordered this for a casual occasion but the fabric is so great (I ordered the green) I think it'll be easy to dress up, too. Exchanging for a S to get a more fitted look.

I’m normally an XXS or an XS and the XXS fits perfectly. Fabric is a little see through, but color/fit is stunning.

Very comfortable, easy to dress up or down.
