For reference I am 5'8, 34 waist, about 180lb. I ordered size XL in the light gray. they fit my waist perfectly, and arent too tight on waist. I dont like when leggings are too tight and cut off my circulation- and these are so lightweight and soft. I am sure they will slightly shrink in the wash due to their cotton content but they will still fit well since the legs are very comfortable and material has stretch. I love the ribbed material and appreciate they are cotton. I try to only wear majority cotton clothes bc they last longer, dont hold static, and wash well on delicate. They are thinner so they'd be best for lounging at home, or for summer & spring. If you wear them out id recommend no-show thong because you will see your undies in the light gray if they dont match your skintone!! They will be so nice for lounging at home with my Wilfred socks 💕💕💕 Theyre also long enough for me! Will buy again.
