This is a high-rise carpenter skirt with utility details like side patch pockets and a hammer loop. It's made with HangTough — midweight 100% cotton fabric with a workwear-inspired look and soft, lived-in feel.

Our unique Trooper Wash is achieved through a specially developed garment dye technique — instead of dyeing the fabric, we dye the finished garment for a dimensional vintage look and lived-in feel. Beautiful Skirt!

On trend without being "trendy"
I've tried on dozens of skirts this season to find the "one" and this is it! It's got the midi length and cargo vibe without being so trendy that it'll look dated by next year. An all-season length and weight, solid cotton twill, fits nice and straight without flaring at the hips or bottom. Slit in the back is open enough for comfortable walking while being discreet. Literally goes with everything on top and bottom - from sweats and runners, blouse and sandals, trench and ballet flats, to biker jacket and chelsea boots. Must-have piece!
