These pants fit perfectly and were very flattering. I am 5'1" and got the short length in a small and felt very comfortable in them! I will definitely be buying these in more colors!

I haven't bought dress pants in years but I wanted to refresh my wardrobe since I'm looking for work again. I must've tried on 20 different styles before discovering these. The crepette fabric is so cool and soft, plus I love that it doesn't wrinkle. The waist on these fit slightly tighter than the tie-front pant. I'm 5'2", 125lbs and wear size 6. The regular length is full length on me and the short length is also very cute. I've gotten a LOT of compliments wearing these pants. I hope Aritzia makes brighter, pretty colours like Rosy Red, which I totally missed out on. In fact, I hope Rosy Red makes a comeback!

I really like these pants. Just be careful of the length. It says that short is for under 5'3, but (depending on your inseam length), I think it would be for people even a little shorter than that. I like these better than the effortless. They're a great trouser.

These are my favourite dress pants EVER! However, I have them in both charcoal grey (size 6) and black (size 8) and I found that they run quite small (I'm 5'1 & usually wear 2/4, 26 waist at Aritzia). I had to get 2 different sizes as they fit differently based on colour in my experience. Other than that I love the fit and length of the pants!

As other reviewers mentioned these pants do fit smaller. I ordered one size up and they fit perfect. Long length hits me right at the ankle. Great pants! Super easy to dress up or down. For reference I am 5’5, 130 lbs, 27 inch waist

Great fit! I ordered the short length and they were a little cropped. I could of ordered the regular length but still love the look. Comparable to the effortless pant just little more straight legged.

I love these pants dressed down with a tshirt and sneakers or dressed up.
I ordered them in the “short” length so they would be ankle length and I think they’re perfect. I sized up one size.

I can’t say enough about the excellent quality Of Aritzias pants. They are not cheap, I usually wait for sale but they are worth the high price tag. The carrot pant in particular is my favourite. They wear and wash well. Amazing quality.
Although I’ve noticed they’ve changed the sizing . I have a black pair regular length size 4 that’s 2 years old, they fit perfectly. I’m about 118/120 pounds. I’m 5’3, hits at my ankles.
I bought recently the carrot Pant in size 4 short length and boy was it tight. Exchanged for size 6 and still slightly snug. Kept them but could have gone to size 8 . Short length sits above my ankles.
I’m usually a 6 in Aritzia’s tie front pant. I feel like sizing can be all over the price.
Not sure what’s going on with there sizing, just be careful Ordering online, if you can, try on in store to get your right size :-)

Size 00 is too tight and size 0 is too big.

The perfect work pant! I feel like a fancy little adult in it lol. Fit perfectly and was exactly the right length for someone my height. Easy to dress up or down and not see thru! I got the light birch colour and was afraid but you most definitely cannot see my underwear!

Love these plants but the high waist is not forgiving. Runs a bit small compared to the rest of the pants. Also zipper does not lay flat if any pressure on it. Still love these and they are my go to dressy pant with boots. Love the above ankle length.

Ordered a tall but these still hit at an awkward height well above the ankle. This is fine if I wanted a longer cropped style, but not what I’m looking for. I’m good with a needle and thread, but letting out the hem to the max I can only gain 1”. They still look short and barely touch the top of the ankle. Unfortunately I’m finding this is common with all Aritzia tall sizes, pants and jeans included. Please make the tall sizes longer! I probably would not have ordered them if Aritzia carried tall sizes in store. Otherwise, the waist and hips fit great and the fabric drape is lovely.

Good quality material, good for traveling, very comfortable, does not crease

I ordered 3 pair of pants in size 2 & 4. None fit. Size 2 was more like a 0. Size 4 were huge.

These pants are amazing! I had a baby recently and these pants gave me life. For reference I am 5’6 and weigh around 190lbs, I am curvy and a size 10 fit like a dream!

These pants have a very odd situation where if you have literally any front pooch, the zipper gaps open and you see the metal zipper. Very very annoying for such a pricey pant. Have never had this happen with any pants before.

It’s shorter than expected

I would say overall these pants are trendy and stylish and the material is nice. The pants run small in my opinion. I am normally a solid 4 in Aritzia and in these pants (like the effortless)runs one size small for me.

I usually wear a 0 or a 2. The 2 fit great, but they were a little short in the crotch. so I sized up to a 4. I love these pants. Look super cute with heels and tennis shoes as well. Will be buying other colors!

Finally found a pair of pants that fit!!! Used the size chart and I love them. When I ordered them I figured that they wouldn't fit and I would probably be sending them back i was pleasantly surprised.

Im usually a size 4-6 at aritzia but I’ve gained a bit of weight so I opted for a size 8.. these size 8s are tighter than any size 6 wilfred pant’s I’ve owned! Sizing is so ridiculously small

In May 2022 I got a pair of these pants in a size 2R which fit perfectly and TTS (I have a smaller waist and thicker thighs, and these framed my body really well). Then I gained a healthy bum and they no longer fit in the hip. I just ordered a pair in a size 4R and realized they are literally the same waist size and length as my old 2 pair. I even measured and tried both pairs back on to compare and they feel the exact same size wise. Sadly returning, don’t know if I’ll reorder.

Quality and feel is still very good, the crepette is one of my faves, but now they fit super small, definitely size up if you have any bum or tummy at all.

I struggle with dress pants because I’m curvy and short. I ended up buying these in two more colors. Although these are meant to be “cropped” for me they are the perfect length. I’m usually a 27 waist but have bigger thighs so pants don’t usually fit properly. The 4s fit my waist great and hit at the show perfectly. I weigh about 135lb.

I wear the pants for work, they’re very nice an dressy the only thing the regular fits better on the waist than the short ones being a bit tight for some reason. The material is so comfy and beautiful. I recommend this ones if you have wide hips as it fits better. The light material shows the cellulite more than the darker colors, but other than that I love my pants.

Very good quality, you can tell the fabric is going to last. Fits true to Aritzia sizing. I am 5'4 and the regular lenght hits at my ankles.

These pants are amazing. Great material, perfectly high-waisted, and look great on the butt. I sized up to a 14 based on other reviews but usually wear a 30/31.

Pants fit so well and the length of the leggings are perfect for my 5 foot height. Material is glorious and feels so soft on.

I’m a size 2 in the Carrot Short, but I needed a size 4 in the Carrot Regular. Regular length made it full length for my 5’1 frame.
SA advised their sizing was changing when I went to do a size exchange.

I will have these pants for years to come. I would say they fit true to size and are also the perfect length for me as I bought in the short option.

Favourite pants so far I like the leg fit more than the effortless!

I am such a fan of these pants, the fit, cut and style are perfect. I wear them for work, and also as a going out pant because they are such a flattering pant with the pleats.

Tighter fit in waist but looks great!

These are great pants. I have them in three colours. The material is slightly thinner than I would have liked for colder weather , but they are still great. I am 5’8, 135 pounds and a size 4 fits great. They are still an oversized/baggier fit so could have even sized down to a 2 if I wanted a slightly more fitted feel.

Size 6 didnt fit I could barely button it. Very cute pants overall but probably would need an 8. I returned.

Love these with sneakers! But short, even in tall length.

Wanted to love these but they just don't suit my proportions right, I guess. I'm 5'6, 29 inch waist, 38 inch hips and got size 6 Tall. While these fit really well everywhere, they just were not high waisted enough for me to pull over my belly button. They dig into my crotch if I try to actually wear them like high waisted pants. Wish I would have returned them!

The colour was amazing, but for my height and shape the pants came to my ankles and I just didn’t like the shape that much. I got the Effortless pant as an exchange and more my style.

These pants fit absolutely perfectly. The waist fits better than that of the effortless pants on me. I got the regular length and they hit just slightly above the ankle (maybe 1 cm), so if you're my height or above you may want to consider getting the tall version. I will definitely be getting these in more colours.

These are really high waisted and after sizing up, a great fit. The Rich Chestnut colour is amazing and exactly as pictured. Only complains are you can see the outlines of the back pockets and the fabric is a bit wrinkly.

Honestly, I regret buying these. I think they might work better on someone with wider hips or a more shapely bottom. These pants fit in the waist, but that’s it. They’re like a tent after that. They would need a lot of altering to make them work. For reference, I’m 5’5” and 105lbs.

I ordered this is the rich mocha in my usual size. It pulled across the hip. I returned because if I sized up the waist would have been too big.

These are really comfortable and stretchy, and have a good amount of room for my legs without being flown like the effortless pant. I usually wear a 12 in jeans but had to size up to a 14 in these because the waistband was a bit small.

The fabric is so soft and it’s a relax fit.
