Shorts are not the same as the old TNA which were so soft, buttery and comfortable. These new ones are very short in the crotch so they are constantly rolling down & are not ideal for hiit work outs. Very uncomfortable when working out & spending more time adjusting them.
I love these for the gym and walking, I like them better than Alo and Lululemon. So soft and stay in place great, and I love that there are more color options.
i bought the leggings and they never gave a wedgie, but these in the same size fit, but some how ended up giving me a constant wedgies. also this fabric is not durable and pills super fast. do not recommend for those looking for a long lasting bike short
so comfortable and soft. they obviously rise a little as you move and workout but it's still very comfortable. very flattering, make you butt look killer.
I loved the original TnaBUTTER shorts and I love the new ones!! I wear XS so I ordered a size 0 and they fit perfectly. I love the soft butter feeling of the material inside and out.
Love the material and greattt fit and colour. They fit really well and the material is rlly comfortable and it’s very breathable material like it wasn’t hot at all in the shorts.
Love love love these. I've been looking for bike shorts for an eternity that were comfortable and a little more compressing than the ones I already had, and these fit the bill perfectly! The sizing was super accurate and while they do bunch up in between my thighs while walking a little bit because I have bigger thighs, I don't mind all too much because they are so comfortable.
I bought these shorts to workout at the gym. The material is so sooft ! althought for sweaty workouts may not be the best option, for low workouts or if you don't care to show some sweat, go for it!!! the material is insane
Love the butter fabric and the fit is true to size. The 5” inseam is perfect- not too short,, not too long. Soooo comfy and flattering. Will be purchasing in another colour.
I have always absolutely loved their butter fabric and have had many pairs of leggings and bike shorts but this time around I bought 2 light pink colors and they are see thru:( Very upset about it since these are the only brand I like to wear.
I have these in blue and they are so thick and compresive. I ordered the black ones during the sale and they are thinner (not see thru). The black ones do role when I sit down as they are so soft but I still love them!

i got the Dark Bonbon Pink and Black colors in a size 10 although i'm usually a size 8 at llm. i think they fit very nice and feel super soft on the body. they're not double lined tho which is why i stayed away from lighter colors :D

These shorts are perfect for casual days and for gym days. They’re super soft and I actually like the new numbered sizing. I got a size 4 and it fits exactly like the Small used to fit.
Theses shorts do truly feel like butter. They fit perfectly, the fabric is not see through like so many are today. Definitely will be buying more, the colors are great too.
After trying several brands and styles, a friend recommended the BUTTER collection at Aritzia. I tried on in store to find my size & ended up liking the 6. I’m a 2-4 in lululemon & a size 6 in denim. They didn’t have my preferred colors in stock in a 6 in store, (Cherry Creek location has very limited quantities of size 6 - would love to see that change) so I ordered online. The Butter material is the best material for any hot yoga or sculpt class. This was the best online shopping experience! This was my first Aritzia purchase & I will be back.
Didn’t expect to see a huge difference from the numeric sizing compared to the old sizing. I selected my normal pants size, and they are the PERFECT fit! Just a light hugging compression. For reference I am a size 6 and used to get a size S in TNA workout bottoms. The size 6 is way more comfortable for me and I bought 4 colors of the new style to add to my collection
I love these shorts so much. SO soft and comfortable, fit really well, stay put during workouts, make my butt look great. I want them in so many colours. Just the right length.
Really like the material- I bought modern taupe and they are a light fabric but not see through. Very flattering fit. I bought size 4- normally a small in leggings and a 2-4 in pants and these fit perfectly.
Ordered the Tidal blue color and at first was worried I was sent the wrong color because in person, this color is SO much more grey toned, and I would hardly consider teal. It's still a pretty color, and the only other blue colors offered are either far too light, or too bright, so I'm going to keep. The fabric is AMAZING, literally the best athletic fabric I've ever felt, and I've tried many, many brands. The biggest complaint I have with these though, is the front seam. It's camel toe city with the thick, obvious seam down the middle. After much adjusting, I'm able to mitigate the look, but I have not yet put them to the test in my pilates class, as I received them with a sensor I need to have removed. PLS Aritzia, I'm begging you to make these without the front seam!
When I got it, I thought it was WAY to small, but its super stretchy, soft and comfy. It shows panty lines WAY more than my other TNA Life shorts, but its still super cute. Minor camel toe.
Fabric feels great (easily the softest set I own) and I love the fit, but the color is pretty different in person. I got "Dreamhouse Pink" and it's much more neon pink in person than in the photos, almost in a way that makes them look tacky. I love colors, but this particular hue is just not great IMO!
I ordered these thinking they were like the TNA BUTTER ACTIVE. They are not flattering on me. I wish they would make these but in a non-cheeky version.
