A great layering piece
This piece exceeded my expectations. The color is stunning in person and fits great. The material is not stiff at all which I was a little worried about but it’s super flexible and comfortable. It’s actually cozy and keeps you decently warm. I will say, be prepared that it is not true to size and if you buy your normal size it will be a more oversized fit. I’m a true medium and got a size small and fits great and is still a little roomy without being too “oversized”. As long as you take that into account I think you will he super happy purchasing this.

Too scratchy to wear
I made the mistake of assuming this jacket would be made out of merino wool like the solid color autumn shirt jackets. The jacket is unlined and the material is very uncomfortable to wear with anything other than a long sleeved shirt. Aritzia, please do better and line your jackets if you’re going to use this blend of fabrics.

I wanted to love it... UNLINED.
The photo online makes this jacket appear lined. It is completely unlined and scratchy because of it (sleeves and all!) save for a tiny patch near the tag on the back. Beautiful fit and color- but I cannot justify the cost. Unlined wool is bound to lose its shape upon the first cleaning.
