Here’s how.

We encourage our People to meaningfully engage in their communities through volunteering and mentorship efforts alongside our partners. Our Aritzia Volunteers contribute their time and skills to local organizations addressing social, environmental and community needs.

Impact Ambassadors are members of our Aritzia Volunteer Team who champion giving initiatives and drive volunteer involvement within their communities. They help coordinate volunteer opportunities, educate peers about key Aritzia Giving programs and inspire collective participation. Their leadership bolsters The Everyday Power of Giving through our many workplaces.

Aritzia’s Power of Confidence initiative focuses on creating opportunities to help self-identifying women unlock their potential. The goal is to help women and girls step into their future with strength, self-belief and support. We are actively working to further evolve this program.

We power access by supporting women and girls through scholarships, grants, awards and fellowships in the communities where we live and work.

Black Women’s Journalism Fellowship with CBC/Radio-Canada in partnership with The Canadian Journalism Foundation

The scholarship supports members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community pursuing post-secondary education in business, fashion design, retail management and social justice advocacy, helping reduce barriers to academic achievement. Administered in partnership with the Stonewall Community Foundation, it uplifts young leaders dedicated to creating positive change through related areas of study.

Aritzia provides grant funding to Pow Wow Pitch, a non-profit organization providing resources and mentorship to Indigenous entrepreneurs. Through our Aritzia Entrepreneur Grants initiative, we strive to uplift the next generation of self-identifying women and two-spirit Indigenous creatives.

This scholarship, facilitated in partnership with Indspire, recognizes Indigenous leaders whose achievements uplift their communities and inspire future generations. Recipients represent excellence across fields such as business, retail management, fashion merchandising, education, fine arts and Indigenous studies. The scholarship empowers recipients to achieve their highest potential.

We power wellbeing by donating new and lightly used product to women and girls in the communities where we live and work.

The Gift of Warmth provides warm winter coats to women and girls in need. Partnering with community organizations, the program ensures coats reach women and girls who need them most. It’s our favourite holiday tradition that reflects Aritzia’s commitment to providing comfort, confidence and practical support — during the coldest time of the year.

Each year, we proudly host the Aritzia Warehouse Sale Community Shop — an initiative offering women and girls a back-to-school shopping experience, on us. Together with our giving partners, we provide participants with a $250 Aritzia Gift Card to shop our iconic sale in Vancouver.

Aritzia donates new and lightly used apparel to partner organizations that support women, youth and vulnerable communities. These donations help individuals access clothing for everyday wear, job readiness and important life moments. Additionally, this program extends product life and helps keep it out of landfills.
