Aritzia Rise is an immersive internship program designed to launch your career in the fashion business. You’ll contribute to impactful projects, collaborate across departments and receive world-class training through Aritzia University — all in an aspirational workplace. Internships are open to both Masters and Undergrad students. We look for high-performance candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about growing a career in retail and fashion. If you have experience working in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge or Distribution Centres — we love this. These roles are highly valued ways of learning about our business — not to mention, we love an internal promotion. Additional criteria will vary by role and can be found in the individual job postings.

Internships are offered in a number of departments, including Operations, Project Management, Business Finance and more. Our highly cross-functional teams collaborate with departments like Product Design, Marketing, Digital, Information Technology and Retail, providing interns with a well-rounded, meaningful experience in our dynamic business.

As an intern, you'll be immersed within your department, gaining valuable practical skills, high-exposure opportunities and hands-on industry experience. No matter which department you support, you’ll contribute to exciting projects while developing your management and leadership skills under the guidance of our world-class team.
