This is a relaxed cardigan with dropped shoulders, hand pockets, ribbed trim and fully fashioned construction. It's knit with Embrace Merino™ — extra-fine 100% merino wool yarn coveted for its natural warmth and super soft feel. We source ours from a premium Italian mill. This version is constructed using a Half Cardigan stitch with vertical ribs for a textural look and feel.

  • Origin: Yarn from Italy
  • Content: 100% merino wool; Cuffs & ribbed trim: 98% wool, 1% elastane, 1% nylon
  • Care: Keep a good thing going by giving this knitwear the care it deserves:
    • Prolong the life of your knitwear by washing less often.
    • When needed, hand wash in cold water using mild detergent specially formulated for knitwear. Steer clear of fabric softeners.
    • Rinse well after washing, but avoid ringing. Gently roll the garment in a towel to remove any excess water.
    • Reshape your garment while still damp, and dry on a flat surface.
    • Store your knitwear folded to prevent stretching.
    • If pilling occurs, use a sweater comb or sweater stone to gently remove pills.

Cozy and warm
I love this sweater! It is soft and comfortable and I even accidentally washed and dried it in delicates / low heat and it turned out ok! It wasn’t as boxy as before but did not shrink to the point of no return. I think overall it is well made and has a great weight to it. It’s great for layering over dresses / skirts and pants in the winter and for lounging around the house.

Another poor quality aritizia sweater with a high price tag. It will leave trails of fuzz balls, not only on the sweater itself, but all over your house. After one (careful, by-the-instructions) wash, the problem only worsens. I've only had it for a few weeks and am already prepared to toss it. What shape will it be in a few months from now? Not worth the money - even if you get it on sale. Pretty frustrated with this company's declining quality alongside increasing prices. I try to purchase selectively clothes that will last longer (which often includes a higher price) as part of reducing clothing consumerism. This company is not it.

I followed the care instructions, to wash in cold water, no dryer at all. Well it shrunk. I had a medium. And initially it fit oversized, similar to an XL which I liked about it. Afterwards, it fit like a true medium. For the amount of money you pay, I won’t be buying any wool sweaters or cardigans from Aritzia again.

Beautiful Sweater!
I've been looking for a sweater that's easy to wear. Love the weight of this and the way it drapes. Its very flattering. I'm pear shape and I find that a lot of Aritzia sweaters hit me right at my hips and it doesn't look right. This one hits below my hip and looks great. I want to buy more colors! I haven't tried to wash it yet but after reading the reviews, I will spot treat it and hand wash (not in the wash).

The perfect work sweater
Love this sweater! I’m between a medium/ large and stuck with the large. I like how it drapes and looks baggy on the arms. I could definitely wear a medium as well, just like how the large sits.

I would purchase again
I like the weight and the quality of this sweater. I much appreciate finding a 100% wool sweater for a reasonable price and feel happy to decease the amount of plastics I wear/breath. I am 5'3" (bust 35.5" and waist 32") and about 138 pounds; the medium fit nice maybe just a tad roomy but will be great for cooler weather and layers.

Nice cardigan - like the style, length, and pockets, but I found it very itchy, pills quite a bit, and shrunk a lot after washing it and I followed the instructions.

Soft and cozy
The material and feel of the sweater is really nice. I’m normally a size sm. I decided to try a XS and it fits really well. I think a sm would have given me a bit more of the oversized look whereas the XS fits me perfectly.
