Definitely size down

I just keep reaching for this one out of all of my costs, I’ve had ut for two seasons now and it’s still perfect

Runs large - originally ordered a medium, but returned it for a small, which fits perfectly. Love the length of the coat.

A great change from the basic superpuff long everyone has. The cloud puff keeps me so so warm. I purchases a size small ( my usual size) but I am going to exhange for one size smaller. The arms are borderline too short for me as I am 5"10, but wearing a good pair of mittens would do the trick!

So worth the money, honestly my fav winter coat from Artizia

Jacket Is well-made, and keeps you warm without overheating. It runs slightly large so I would size down a size from normal. My only complaint is that the duel zipper sometimes gets caught it is not as user-friendly as a single zipper, But you eventually get used to it. Would definitely purchase again.

It feels like I’m wearing a cozy & super warm blanket. It keeps me so warm (I’m always cold) & feels so good. I was looking for a coat without a hood & one of the reasons for the purchase. The material is very nice & wipes easily. (Spilled warm drink) The grey colour is the perfect shade.

I bought this jacket in Nov. I washed my jacket today since there was a stain I couldn’t get rid of by spot cleaning. I bought the olive colour, so the stain was quite noticeable. Since the care label said I can wash in delicate cold water, tumble dry - I did so. I was weary about washing it myself since all of my jackets/parks are dry clean only. 80% of the down vanished. I now need to re-buy the jacket again! So upsetting.

Loved this coat, but ultimately a shorter puffer would work better for me. It also runs HUGE. I’m normally a medium in coats and got the 2xs which fit by then the arms were too short.

I normally love winter jackets a bit bigger and this one was perfect! It’s perfectly light and super warm for Michigan winters

super warm and cozy, warning tho it’s huge so definitely size down one or two sizes. doesn’t have a hood so not an ideal jacket for the rain but i find it way warmer than my super puff

This coat is definitely keeping me warm. Canadian winter who? One down fall is there is no hood. So ear muffs will be your friend!

I'm 5'1, 115 lbs, and usually a size small in Aritzia clothes. Bought a 2XS and even it is quite large/roomy on me but it's comfy! It's kept me nice and warm so far, but wish there was a hood too.

I'm 5'2 feet (160 cm) tall, roughly I am 35 inches - bust, 25 inches - waist, 37 inches in hips. I'm a size small for most clothes in Aritzia. I weigh 51 kg. I initially got a size XS, but it was quite large. I got a size 2XS and it is PERFECT!!!! I'm a small person, so the arms don't looks short on me with a 2XS - however if you're a tall person with long limbs - likely, the 2XS will look a little short on the arms. I initially ordered the Basil Green, which wasn't really the ideal colour for my brown skin town. The Basil Green is a has a grey undertone. I got the Cognac, which so beautiful. It is richer in the brown tone, than the pictures reflect. Great jacket!

I wore this jacket twice, TWICE! The second time, the zipper got stuck at the bottom, and it wasn't that it pulled in the inner fabric, but rather the actual zipper itself was damaged. I brought it to a tailor, and they said something about the "T" of the zipper being out of line and broke, and now the zipper won't unlatch, and I have to replace the entire zipper. For a coat this expensive, I would have expected better quality. I'm so disappointed that now I have to pay out of pocket to repair something that should have lasted longer than 2 wears.

I bought this jacket last season - it was great at keeping me warm in the Alberta cold but now it’s slowly falling apart. The stitching in the left pocket went loose, so there’s a gaping hole in it. And the stitches on the right side armpit area is also coming loose. You would think for the price, the jacket would hold up for more than one season. Very disappointing. 2 stars for keeping me warm but the quality/longevity for its price is not worth 5 stars

I sized down to an XXS (I was swimming in the XS) and it fits perfect, with room to layer. So so warm, perfect for NYC winters. It really is like wearing a sleeping bag in the best way

Warm jacket but it was very big. I ordered a small and a medium and they were very big even with a sweater under. I usually wear a medium at Aritzia.

What convinced me to buy it was its color (emerald green), style, warmth and quality. Four stars because this jacket runs oversized and doesn’t insulate as good as right fit ( even if I sized down I still have plenty of room). Sizing is inconsistent ( sizing down helps but sleeves may be shorter; especially if u go down 2 sizes). Summarizing; I am happy with purchase and definitely recommend!

Hmmm hello? This is the perfect winter jacket!!! I absolutely love this jacket. I live in Toronto Canada and its so F** cold in here. I wear this jacket everyday from home to work ( 10 minutes walk in -20c degrees) and I don't feel cool at all. - All my Canadians babes, Who are looking from a warm jacket and at the same time look stunning YOU NEED THIS JACKET!! it keeps me very very warm and i love the feeling of the fabric. fits very large in my opinion. i had to get an xs when id normally be a small/medium in jackets

Love love love this jacket! Bought this in January 2021 in the oxford tan colour and have loved it ever since. It is unbelievably warm and the lining of the pockets is so soft. Definitely fits larger than normal! I am an L in most clothes, but had to get an M in this jacket because it was so big otherwise! Super cute.

This coat has saved me in -15 degree weather. Extremely warm and goes down to about my ankles. I am 5”4 115 lbs and I got an XS and the fit is perfect.

The zipper gets stuck really easily. The fabric has gotten caught in the zipper several times. The zipper also doesn’t go all the way to the bottom of the jacket so it doesn’t align properly.

Overall happy with the purchase but has a couple flaws.

Used it in -40C weather, it’s sooo warm and comfy - feels like a comforter !! Love the length. I’m 5’3 and usually size S but I got this in a 2XS and it fits perfect! Still enough room to wear thick sweaters underneath. I was iffy about buying it at first since it doesn’t have a hood, but I realized I never use hoods anyway and I find huge hoods are just bothersome. Plus, the neckline is actually long enough to cover your ears and neck, Then I just wear a toque with! Got lots of compliments!

Keeps you warm, so comfy, and all around stylish

I usually wear size small (5'10, 135lb, 27" jeans) but all the reviews pretty much say it runs large so I sized down to XS. It fits perfect! It's not tight at all, the perfect amount of room to wear a couple layers, but really with a coat like this you don't need that many layers. The only thing is that I wish the sleeves were just a bit longer. It's just a tad short for my long arms, but it's not crazy. I'd rather have slightly shorter sleeves than get my regular size and be drowning in the coat.

fit runs larger than super puff

This coat is a must have for those who wish to walk around in a duvet all day without judgement. The pockets are deep and functional, the material resembles the most perfect marshmallow you've ever laid eyes on, and the comfort is out of this world.

This is literally like wearing a duvet - in the best possible way. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is bc I wish there was a hood for those crazy cold days.

Returned because fit huge around torso, and I was freezing. Needs to be more fitted to prevent cold air from circulating under coat. Going down in size would cause sleeves to be too short.

The material and color are beautiful… tested warmth in -26 so far but it’s Winnipeg so will wait til -40 to know lol

Love the length and warmness of this jacket. Runs large. I’m usually a medium and sized down to an xxs. The fabric is super nice and love the green colour! Would definitely recommend this jacket, especially to those who have to live in the cold Winnipeg weather.

I haven’t actually worn it out yet as it is too warm for the weather right now. But i tried it on and it feels very cozy the quality is excellent. For reference I’m 5’5 122lbs and I got a White color in S. XS will fit me too but I like to have more room in case I want to wear thicker sweater underneath.

I am so happy I finally decided to purchase this jacket. I know it will keep me so warm, it's stylish, and comfy! it does fit larger. I am usually an XS and I bought 2XS with a good amount of room still. I would buy it in another colour in the future

I love it! Super nice and warm. Happy for my size L. Very spacious. It Will leave room for a sweater during cold Winther months.

While the fabric is nice and this is probably warm, it is comically large. I usually wear small tops and medium bottoms from Aritzia, so I figured this would be a nice laid back fit. Unfortunately it’s massive, looks like it doesn’t even belong to me and I can nearly wrap it around myself twice. V disappointed to have spent so much on something I can never wear.

I'm 5'2 and 110lbs and typically S/M in Aritzia tops. I got the Cloud coat in XS after reading reviews saying it runs big and it's still super roomy. I probably could have gone for XXS but I can't exchange because I got it on sale. I don't mind the larger look though as it will be perfect when I wear my thick wool sweaters. It's super warm and I think it will be perfect for winters in NYC. It's also super soft and silky to touch. I love the color as it's not like all the black coats around that look like garbage bags. The only thing is I wish it came with detachable hood.

I wore this up in Manchester New Hampshire this past winter and it held up to subzero temperatures along with gusty winds that knocked out power lines - this coat kept me warm !!
if I hadn’t of had this jacket, I would have froze, that’s for sure !

I live in Florida and my daughter lives in New Hampshire and when I go visit her in the winters, I need to be prepared for these blizzard like temperatures. This coat is well worth it !!

I plan on purchasing more in the future - I’m going to get another one for my daughter this year for Christmas!

I absolutely love this jacket! It’s super warm and definitely bumps up my sweats game to make it more stylish! My only problem is the sizing. I’m usually a L or even XL at times and I had to get a Small. Definitely size frown 1-2 sizes if you are wanting something that is not too oversized.

The puff was very well packed and shipping was faster than I expected, very good. I would have given a five star rating for this coat because it is made so well and keep me warm. But there are stains around buttons on the coat that I tried but not able to get rid. People will not noticed them once I buttoned the coat. It is more like an oversized coat so it does run larger. I got xxs and still quiet big on me.

I am 5'3, weigh around 112lbs, and have a large chest. I usually like to buy clothes in size S, or tend to like things that are larger. I also have a super puff and got that one in XS because they tend to be larger, but this coat is waaaay larger. After reading reviews, I decided to take a chance and order the 2XS size and it still is so large (like plenty of room for layers). I'm still not sure if I'm keeping it but I definitely recommend sizing down two sizes. But the fabric is soft to touch and seems like a great quality coat. I just wish it had a hood rolled up in the collar or something.

I’m busty and normally take a M. Ordered a small and it was too big! Returned for XS and it fit well. Never wear an XS.
