I love this dress! I bought it online and sized down to an XS as per the recommendations. The fit was perfect. Because it's a stretchy material it wasn't too tight, but tight enough to support me without having to wear a bra. It was super comfortable and I love the slit. Such a classic dress.

The dress is very cute. You must wear spanx or proper undergarments though. I am a size 4 & the small fit great.

I’m usually a size Small but this dress runs really large. I had to exchange for an XS which is in back order till august :(

I followed some suggestions to size down in the reviews for a more fitted look which was definitely the right call for the form fitting aesthetic I wanted because the fabric is such a nice stretchy knit -- the only issue is the armhole facing is a little less stretchy and do kind of cut awkwardly on my armpits/pecs when my arms are at my sides, but I'm more naturally broad shouldered and do some weight training, so it's probably a build specific problem. Kind of a bummer because the rest of the fit was 100% how I wanted it to look so I'm keeping it and trying to compensate by stretching the straps a bit so it falls a little lower on me, but sadly it doesn't feel like an out of the box perfect dress.

I bought this dress to take with me on vacation and have no regrets. It’s perfect fit, good quality, true to size. Will be very versatile to wear all spring and summer, casual or dressed up.

I love this dress, it is so flattering and comfortable, the slit is so sexy, the cut is perfect. I am obsessed. I ordered a small, I am 5'8 135 slim but athletic build. I don't think this dress would be ideal for someone shorter but if you are 5'6 and taller its perfect.

Love this dress, fits like a glove and looks amazing! I’m about 5’3, 98lbs and went with 2XS for a form fit.

Got black and birch, both size xs, the black fits better than the birch (birch is a tad bigger) but I got so lucky with the birch since there happened to be one in store near me when it we out of stock so I still kept it! I am obsessed with this dress. The color of the birch is stunning, the fabric and quality is amazing, I am overall very happy with these, ill probably buy more colors. I’ve already worn both dresses twice in both formal and informal settings, they are so versatile. I will say, if you have dogs keep them away, the dress loves to grab hair but washing gets all that out :) for undies, as others have said you can see the lines so be careful with which ones you wear since the dress lays on your contours.

The dress is made of a super comfy knit material but no matter what cut of seamless underwear I wore under the outlines would show. Very disappointed since it is such a flattering cut that you can still wear a bra with since the straps are thick enough to cover them.

This is probably one of my favorite aritzia pieces, the fit is amazing, its so simple and sexy yet conservative, can be dressed up and down, and literally is such good quality. Buy it now you won’t regret it. I tried it on in an xs, s, and m in the store the xs and s fit, but id say if you want a more snatched look size down ( I would’ve gotten an xxs). The m looked really bad lol don’t size up twice. I want it in birch so aritzia PLEASE restock I need it

Literally the best dress for going out, casually, etc. If ur’e double thinking about getting it, just go for it. SOOO WORTH IT

Love this dress! I bought my normal size, as the next size down was too tight on me. In love with the thickness of the fabric and how the dress hangs.

I really like the fit of this dress. The simplicity of the cut and design is beautiful. However, I didn't like the material, and so I returned it. I find it a bit too revealing for the Classic Tan colour which I bought. It shows the outline of my undergarments. I have a feeling it will be fine in the Black.

So flattering and the material is thick enough for my liking. If you want a “snatched” look then if size down because it is very stretchy.

In love with this dress. The fit and cut is very flattering on the body. I like the heaviness of the fabric. I would say it's true to size, the fabric is quite stretchy though so you could probably size down if you wanted a tighter fit.
