BestHug™ Little Ribbed Longsleeve

I wish the length was better. It only goes until my belly button. Other than that great color, and i like how it fits the arms/shape.

I wished this was 100% cotton or other natural fiber but this is still my favorite T-shirt. They got the cut right, it's thickness gives it an easy structure. A T-shirt shouldn't be just another cheap old navy or gap T-shirt. Aritzia did this right, it's the details like cut and thickness. Sizing is true to size. I'm 5'7, 125lbs and the small is a good fit, not oversized, not too tight, it's like a comfortable fittedness. It works effortlessly with a high waisted trouser or jean.

It fits perfectly and the fabric is nice for cool weather, however I prefered the model with the curved rim at the front (I purchased the short sleeves last summer but it's not available in long sleeves). This one shows too much of my belly when I raise my arms.

I read the reviews and ended up sizing up to a M, but i could have gone with my regular size too. Very nice quality - thick and soft long sleeve. Will definitely purchase more.

For reference 5’8 126 and 34B on a good day 😆…usually a small in tops/jackets/4 in pants (except M in all TNA) but sized up in this top to M per Aritzia recommendation. Sleeves perfect on my long arms, nicely cut through the sides and waist to follow body- no bulky excess bunching fabric, hits waist exactly as shown. Ordered white (not see through) and green, about to order two more. Great basic for your wardrobe. Will wash inside out on short gentle cycle, cool water and maybe dryer for 1 min max to prevent pilling.

The fabric is pretty soft, and it fits really well.

i love the color and fit of these but they pill after a couple of washes. the darker colors are less noticeable but i got the light blue / grey one and the pilling is very clear

The “rib” in this shirt is very small, but the material is thick. I ordered the strawberry puff color and it is not see through. This is my first time buying this shirt and will probably buy more colors/style. I am between small and medium in Aritzia tops and bought a medium for a looser fit. True to size, the description says it is a slim fit. I am 5’6”, 135 lbs.

I put this white long sleeve shirt on and said “that’s it?” It was kind of disappointing wearing this because I was so excited to get a new basic long sleeve I could wear while the weather is getting warmer. I’m 5’3” 150 points and I ordered size medium. Sizing was fine. Just wasn’t flattering on me. Not sure if it is the fabric or what. I ordered the TNA homestretch crew long sleeve as well and loved this style instead - it has texture to the shirt, small ribbed lines. So I will be returning this best hug long sleeve.

i’m usually a small and got a small, it fits great!! i love this shirt, i have in two colors and am planning on getting more soon. they go with everything and are thick for layering.

Love the fit and quality, however it is a bit longer than expected.

Fabric quality is sooo soft I love it! The price was fair for the quality of the shirt. The sleeves are a perfect length for me. It’s a basic piece but super flattering!

Super comfortable, and soft. Runs small - I got a medium, the small was tight in the armpits.

The material of this shirt is sooo soft and nice and thick for those cold Canadian winters. It fits beautifully and I’m just so delighted that a simple black staple shirt can also be cozy.

I went and bought this in green, red and black because the fit is perf :)

The fit is perfect and the quality is very nice.

Soft fabric, feels and looks good quality. The Scarab looks like a deep, saturated, cool, emerald green, very pretty, The shirt ends right at the belly button and the sleeves end right at my wrists, there's no extra fabric anywhere so if you like the scrunched up fabric look and being able to hide your hands in your sleeves, I wouldn't suggest this. It's also not super body hugging because it's made of cotton. The fit gives Brandy Melville vibes.

Opaque white! Not see through, very warm and breathable.

Will always buy my basic t-shirts and long sleeve from the little ribbed collection.

I bought a few shirts, some in my regular size and some in a bigger size for a looser fit but I preferred my regular size because it’s meant to be more fitted so didn’t suit a looser fit. The white is very opaque and the material is pretty thick but doesn’t feel heavy when wearing. I did return one shirt in Sagesse as it was more grey than green. The length hits about the same spot as high waisted pants.

fit is perfect, material is on the thicker side so it keeps you warm.

I have the black and white. The white is not see through (I don’t wear a bra and I’m fine). They say it’s little ribbed and they are completely accurate. You cannot tell it’s ribbed. The fabric and look are good quality. I’ve gotten lots of compliments along the lines of, the shirt looks of good quality. It is absolutely worth it! A great basic that you will have in your wardrobe forever. Definitely a must in my capsule wardrobe.

Great staple top, however I will note that I found quality to decrease over time.
That being said, the fabric is thick & soft. I believe I probably could have mitigated any quality concerns by not putting the shirt in the dryer.

So to say... great top for the price!

The fit and fabric are perfect. A lot of my other aritzia tops tend to be a little see through but this one’s thick so that’s not an issue. Great for work or just as a basic.

Great quality. Fits smaller. I have a larger chest so I ordered a Medium but am usually a small. Medium is perfect for me.

The material is super nice. Thick and soft - feels like good quality. However, the fit is a bit weird. I found the sleeves a bit too long but I really hated how it sat on my shoulders. I popped up and gave me shoulder points.

Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made at aritzia. Such high quality material, highly highly recommended. Great fall basic and/or layering piece!

This shirt is one of the best quality shirts you can get from Aritzia. However, if you want it a little more slim fitting, I'd say size down. Because I bought my usual size and it fit me kinda loosely ish? it wasn't very slim, but definitely not oversized at all, just had some space.

I ordered these hoping that since the price is a little higher for a T-shirt I would be impressed but it was the complete opposite. I’m 5’1 and a true XXS and my torso isn’t super short but it is on the shorter side. The sleeves on this shirt bunch up so much at my wrist and around my shoulder. It looks like the shirt has shoulder pads around my shoulder area and it is super tight around the armpits. Not to mention it’s a FULL length shirt on me. It’s super uncomfortable and so ill-fitting. For the price, I thought it would at least be good quality but it actually came with thread pulls. It also is only 57% cotton so it will likely end up being one of those t shirts that you can’t get the sweat smell out of. I literally could not wait to take it off, save your money there are way better T-shirt’s on the market for way better prices.

Super soft and comfortable

I love this top so much. I bought one in light pink probably a year ago and just bought another in dark blue (admiral). They look so great when you pair them with low-rise jeans, as the top hits perfectly below the belly button (90s Rachel green vibes). I am usually a size small in tops, but I sized up to a medium as I like the arms not to be too tight.

I do like the colour and fit of the top but the first time I wore it (not even washed) it was quite pilly. And it’s only getting worse each time unfortunately.

Love the thick material! It can fit a bit weird in the shoulders, causing you to keep pulling the sleeves down but it gets better over time.

The sizing of this long sleeve is inconsistent with the rest of Aritzia's items. I ordered my usual size and it was illfitting and unflattering. Returned to store and was unable to exchange as all sizes are on backorder.

Hands down favourite long sleeve shirt. Love the material and the length is perfect.

Great material and super comfy, but size down if you have narrow or sloped shoulders. There’s a lot of extra room around my shoulders because it’s cut too wide on me and makes the seams stick out in an unflattering way.

I bought this after seeing people rave about them. First opening I was excited because the material was thick and nice. I wore one around for a bit and washed it and after washing it stated pilling and does NOT look remotely nice anymore. I’m upset because I feel like it was a waste of money and am now scared to wash the other one.

Love the color, love the fit. I bought a size large but the medium would have fit a little better. Still a great top!

I own this top and the T-shirt version in both black and white and they are honestly the best basic. They are so soft and the quality is great. I am usually a small but I went with M because they are tighter fitting. I’m 5’4 and 125lbs.

I have a few of the tshirts in this material - just got the longsleeve yesterday in the humus beige. Im OBSESSED with this material it literally feels like a hug
