It's cut from smooth, lightly structured fabric made with recycled materials and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose — responsibly sourced wood-based fibres produced through a process that reduces impact on forests, biodiversity and water supply. This fabric is sourced from a premier Portuguese mill.

Can’t seem to get the sizing right
I wish Aritzia’s sizing was more consistent. I’m 5’5 (possibly 5’4, I think I’ve shrunk over the last few years), and 127 lbs. I’m typically a size 6 in other brands, but at Aritzia I’m supposedly a 4 (according to their size recco). So I bought the 4 and I was swimming in it. The skirt itself is very cute and seems well made, and I’d love to own a size that fits, I’ll have to try for the 2 (which honestly seems impossible to me but I’ll give it a shot?) I gave it 3 stars for how nice it is, but docked 2 for the incredibly inaccurate sizing.

Cute, but the lining...
The lining is too small around the body. It's also 100% polyester, and nowhere in the description on the website does it state it even exists. I am probably going to have to return the skirt because it's so uncomfortable. Unfortunate. Otherwise it fits well and is cute, I just don't see the point in hacking out the undesired, non-essential lining.

LOVE
The perfect little black skirt - not too short and not too long. Great quality. The skirt itself is lined, and there is another thin "layer," closer to the body to provide a little more coverage (NOT SHORTS). Overall, a perfect staple basic.

Perfect Mini Skirt
This skirt was exactly what I was hoping it would be, it's the perfect length (not too short or long) and it sits nicely against the body. It was also true to size and looks well constructed. I can't wait to style it, it was very true to size too!
