Super comfy but dressy pant.

I love the Alanya pant and wear them all the time for work. The elastic waist at the back makes it really comfortable for my long commute on the train and when for when I eat. I got a size 6 which is my usual size but it does fit a bit bigger than my other pants (I also have the Dashwood pant which has an elastic waist too). It isn't overly big though and I do have muscular thighs so the 6 works for me. Highly recommend these pants!!

These pants are beautiful. So chic and fit beautifully. The elastic at the back of the waist makes them so comfortable too! Just wish there were belt loops.

Gorgeous crepe fabric

Love these so much, I’ve bought them in so many different colours. Purchased a tall and they are the perfect length! A great staple to jazz up a casual look!

These pants are nice but the fabric is a bit thinner than the effortless and I thought they were kinda see thru as well. I feel a bit more put together in the effortless pants so I returned these. Also these fit a bit smaller so I would not recommend buying these final sale because you can’t return

beautifully cut pair of trousers. I bought in two colors. After an hour long train ride, THEY NEVER WRINKLE!

Even 00 short length is too long

I’m 5’10 and so happy to have finally found a pair of wide leg pants that are long enough. I order an 8 long and they fit great. They look great on and are very slimming. Love that you can dress them up or down. So happy with them.

The Alanya pant fits true to size. Length - I am 5'8" and purchased the tall size 2. I am normally a size 0-4 depending on the pant.

I love these pants! So flattering and comfortable.

I cannot say enough about these pants! I'm 5'8" - they are THE perfect length for me - I like pants slightly past my ankles. They are also very flattering to the figure- they come up to the waist and smooth over the little tummy bulges and "love handles" .

The material is so flowy and comfy - I've already ordered them in the blue as well. I want ALL the colours! I wear them to work but they can be worn as a casual item as well with a plain t-shirt, hoodie or even sweatshirt.

After reading the reviews I sized up. I am usually an 8 and ordered a 10. I was comparing the Alanya to the Effortless which I feel fit a little smaller and the reviews suggested the same. The size 10 are a little big - not returning though becuase they still look ok - I will use these on my bloated days :) I would say order your regular size.

Love the waistband and the material it’s so comfy

I have a short torso so they are super high on me. I got the short length and they are still too long.
Way to big in the thighs.
Wanted to return/exchange but the sales consultant said it was “too late” .

I've been looking for a pair of pants that works with my body shape with a smaller waist and larger butt/thighs and these are it. I usually wear a size 8 but I sized up to a 10. The waist band is stretchy so it can accommodate different body types. I'm 5'10 and found the Regular length perfect for me. The material is stretchy and comfortable.

I’m 5’4 about 135-140 lbs. the short length is PERFECT. The waistband is a tad snug but still wearable. I originally had the Size 4 regular which was way too long on me. Great for going out or a casual day!

I own both the Alayna and effortless pant and I love the Alayna pant for when I’m going to eat a big meal as the elastic back stretches. The short version of longer than the effortless short length so I do have to get it tailored.

Flattering wide pants , however a little bit too long in regular and need to wear shoes with high heels to accommodate the length.

The material is amazing, I love the high waist and the width of the leg. I ordered a tall and they are the perfect length.

I tried this pant and the Effortless Pant and to my surprise I preferred the Alanya Pant! I’m usually a size 6 in most pants and I ordered a 4 in these and they fit perfectly! They’re not too wide and are light and flowy. I am 5’7 and I will say that these pants are really long, which I don’t really mind. If I wear non platformed shoes, they fall amount 1 inch from the ground.

The cutting of the back is off. The back of waist doesn’t fit so well.

These pants fit well and the material and quality is amazing. Great for work and stretchy in the back which makes them really comfortable when sitting at a desk for long hours. I have them in 3 colors!

i sized up two sizes and this still wasnt working - can see my underwear thru the pants

True to size on the waist and hips and super flattering. Elastic at the back makes it forgiving if you’re in between sizes, with no gapping - but subtle enough not to detract from the tailored pant look.
Not sure all the hype around the effortless pants given the sizing issues when these exist.
They are LONG though. I have a 32 inseam at 5’9 and the tall version was too long and will need hemming. The regular are fine (I bought both).

These fit great and I’d say true to size. Unfortunately the tall size isn’t very long, so don’t recommend if you have long legs! I measured the size 8 to be a 33” inseam, which isn’t very long for full length pants. Hopefully someday aritzia will truly have some tall friendly pants!!

I own 2 alanyas in the same size, different colour (size 6, regular). I'm 5'5, so they fit pretty good on me, not dragging the floor but long enough to cover the laces of my shoe. I ordered 2 more (ordered them 1 week apart). The first pair was soooo long, a good 3 inches of the pants were dragging on the floor. 2nd pair was perfect in size, the same as the other 2 I own already.

I ordered these 3 months ago in bitter sage and I love them. Decided to order another pair in ashen for clientele and when I try them on they fit a whole size smaller even though I ordered the same size. Had the same issue with the Dashwood pant, very disappointed in quality recently after many years shopping here.

I loveeee these! I have the effortless pants as well but honestly I prefer these ones. I have them in long and they are the perfect length for my long legs!(im 5’10). I would definitely get my hands on these if you haven’t already.

Love the color and fabric. A bit smaller than my effortless pants of the exact same size, probably due to the waist band.

I have these in black so I ordered the same pair but in brown. I ordered the same exact size and they were about 2 sizes too small :/ so cute tho

Bought these because I saw some reviews that it's curvy friendly. Wasn't really the case for me. I bought the size 2 regular in anise brown (I'm a 2 in the effortless). It fit around the waist but was tight on the hips. Tried the 4 in store after but while it fit in the hips it became a bit loose at the waist. I also found that lack of any detailing on the pants and the material bunching on the back elastic didn't do me any favors. I can see why people love it though and the colour/material is great for summer. For reference I'm 5'4, 27 waist and 39 hips. It was also a bit long for my height so I'd recommend the short or wearing high heels.

MUST BUY!!!!!!! I was seriously so suprised at how well this pant fit me. It hugs all the right places and is super cute and flattering. I want to order another pair in the white shade as well. Sizing is normal. I am 5'3 and I was nervous they would be too long because they did not come in a shorter length, but they work.

I was looking for a pair of pants that fit nicely and that weren’t too long and these are great. They aren’t too tight which makes it easier to tuck in my shirts.

Literally in love with these pants. Usually pants are too tight in my waist and huge everywhere else (I am apple shaped). It's impossible for me to find well fitting trousers. The elastic waist on these is so forgiving I can wear the right size for everywhere else and they fit in the waist. I am 5' 5' and a half and ordered 12 short after reading reviews and they are perfect with loafers, sneakers or a very low heel. Would need the regular for a 3 inch heel. Love!

More refined than effortless - great length for tall women. I am 5’9 and I can wear them with 3 inch heels. I am usually between a 6 and 8 and 6 fit well, slim through hips and wider on thighs. The effortless 6 feels tighter in waist. I have larger hips and smaller waist.

These are so flattering. I got in the copper color and they are gorgeous pants; however, they're long for a regular inseam (32"). I'm 5'5" and even with heels they were longer than I'd like. Also $128 for 100% polyester feels a little steep to me... I was thankful I got them on sale. I am 128 lbs. typically a size 2 in other stores; I got the 4 as that was the recommended size. They are just a tad big in the waist but I think a 2 would've been unforgiving in the crotch...
