I wanted this too for a while and disappointed when I tried it on. It was fairly frumpy. The neckline was nice, but everything else was a miss. Sleeves were way too wide.

Disappointing Fit
I ordered both the XS and XXS (I am a true XS) based on my experience with the sleeveless Carter Blouse (super wide shoulders) The XS shoulders were incredibly wide and sloppy yet the top was cropped. The XXS shoulders fit well and looked much less sloppy but the sleeves were SO TIGHT it was unbearable and was almost too short to be tucked into pants/skirts/etc. Sadly, I have to return both...
