verbenna dress

I wore this lovely summer frock today for the first time. How pleasing it was to have received numerous compliments from friends and strangers, whilst attending church, lunch and finally shopping. I found it to be fun walking and having the dress move with me. It hangs beautifully, complimenting my size and style. For church I wore a white hat and white dress shoes, but removed the hat for lunch and shopping and still the compliments flowed. The next time I will most likely pair it with a pair of white converse and long scarf or straw hat.
Now if only I could find the other verbenna maxi dress, but it is sold out. I intend to keep trying and hopefully find it soon.
Oh, did I mention I am 78 years old? Looking fashion forward and attractive doing it knows no age. A free thought for those of you younger.

I love this dress! I bought it in the white and black colourway. It fits perfectly and is super comfortable! It it essentially floor length on me, as I am 5'0".

this dress isn't the worst thing in the world but the fit is so AWKWARD! I wish the scrunched waist part was actually at the waist but it's down to the hips and it makes the dress look so weird on me. the button clasp at the nape of the neck is so very difficult to do/undo.

I thought that the material would be better and the colour of the dress would be brighter but I decided to keep the it anyway

Sadly the dress was pretty, but not what I was hoping for. Looks great on thin tall model, but not for the 'average' woman. Also the fabric was surprisingly itchy and not soft and flowy as I had hoped for the style. If you have BOOBS/curves the waistline pulls up too high and isn't flattering.

Very flattering! You can dress it up with a pair of sandals or dress it down with a pair of sneakers. Great quality as well! Looking forward to wearing it soon.

Love the blue color of this dress! It’s slightly longer for my height of 5 feet 2 inches so I may have to hem it up a bit. Don’t like the laces in the dress but overall the dress looks nice and is versatile to dress up or down depending on occasions.

I’m short and busty so maxi dresses can look heavy on me, but this one was perfect. I sized normally and It fits perfectly. Works as a spring, fall or winter dress.

I absolutely love this dress. I wish I had more opportunities to wear it during the pandemic- but I’m sure eventually things will get easier and There will be opportunities to wear pretty dresses again. Highly recommend as a comfortable, flowing, feminine & modest but beautiful dress.

It is very nice with a nice cut, but the fabric does not breath. I prefer cotton dresses.

Slightly longer in length otherwise looks good and fits well.

I never leave reviews, but I just had to for this dress. For reference, I am 5'2, around 100lbs and ordered the XXS; as you can imagine, it is nearly impossible for me to find maxi type dresses that do not make me look like I'm a kid trying on adult clothes. I ordered this dress yesterday and it arrived today and WOW. I literally could not believe how perfect this dress is! It comes to my ankles, but is still very flattering. It is not overly tight, baggy or anything - just perfect! It also has pockets, which is a HUGE bonus. If you are on the shorter side, PLEASE order this dress. You will not regret it!

LOVE this dress! Such an easy and comfortable style! I wear mine with loafers or sneaker but plan on dressing it up in the fall with some knee high boots. I purchased the white/black colour combo and it is not sheer as it is lined! Definitely a great choice for work! I hope for more neutral-coloured patterns in this style soon.

The dress is beautiful! True to size and fits like a glove. Can be worn for any occasion. The pattern and the color are beautiful, just as seen on the website.

Love this dress. So nice to have a white base dress that has a proper lining. Looking forward to dressing it up with heels for wedding or down with slides in the summer. I am between XS and S at Aritzia. I bought a S, 5'7" and 135 lbs.

I purchased the Verbenna dress because I had previously purchased a larger print version last season and I LOVED IT. This year the print is small and delicate and I love it!!!
I receive SO MANY compliments when I wore this dress!!!
There are actual pockets to this dress, and I LOVE THEM!!
There is also a matching tie belt and elasticized waist and elasticized sleeve cuffs.
It is so functional and beautiful. Aritiza, please continue to make this dress, I will likely buy all the colors prints!!!!

This is my 2nd Verbenna dress. I am currently pregnant and I find that it's great for my growing midsection. I would recommend this for everyone!
